minimum. Some of them are deeply experienced but not engaged, mainly because them
company don’t appreciate them enough, and don’t motivate them enough.
All of this doesn’t make any good for the company.
Being able to retain an employee, by investing in him, is less costly then employing new ones
and training them all over again.
A key to success of a company is to have an engaged employee, where he is understood by
managers, and have a chance to do what they do best every day.
