INTRODUCTIONDevelopment is an important aspect for an organisation through which the company cansustain in the market for a long period of time. This report will discuss the KSA model determining theknowledge, skills and behaviours required by HR professionals along with the personal skillaudit and personal development plan for self-development and learning. This report will alsocover the learning cycle models along with the key elements of HPW systems and their impacton organisational performance. In the end, this report will cover the ways through which theperformance management, effective communication and collaborative working can enhance theworking culture and performance of the organisation.TASK 1A. Knowledge, skills and behaviour that are required by HR professionalsHuman resource department of an organisation manage and controls the activitiesperformed by the workers of that organisation. HR advisor are the people who performs anumber of functions such as hiring, training & development, compensation and many more.These functions are also performed by the HR advisor of Hightown housing association with thehelp of some skills, knowledge and attributes. These knowledge, skills and attributes can beunderstood with the help of KSA model. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA) is a competencymodel which is used by the organisations and its HR departments for recruiting and retaining thequalified individuals for successful job performance. The KSA requirements are developed asper the job vacancy. This model is very useful for the HR advisor of Hightown housingassociation in selecting the suitable candidates who possess the required set of skills. This modelis important for determining useful and talented people who are good in performing theirassigned work (Succar, Sher and Williams, 2013). This model is useful for Hightown housingassociation in determining the skills, knowledge and attributes which are required by the HRprofessionals for performing their work in proper manner. These skills, attributes, andknowledge are as follows:1

KnowledgeLaw & government: A HR professional for Hightown housing association needs to haveknowledge regarding the laws and regulations of employment implemented by thegovernment of UK.
