For this some skills, knowledge are mention as given below:Skills needed by HR managerCollaborative- An professional HR manager always work effectively and inclusivelywith all of its stakeholders which involve clients, teams, customers and individual etc. In case ofKingfisher plc it is essential because it helps to build healthy relation between inside & outsidethe organisation.
