INTRODUCTIONFor the development of team and individual human resource officer or manager isresponsible of an organisation. They offer home appliances and home furnishing goods such as garden tools,curtains etc. that improve products. This task covers various skills, traits and behaviour of HRmanager. Further it contain difference between individual and team learning.P1 Knowledge, skill and behaviour that are required by HR professionalHuman resource manager plays an essential role in organisation as they provide or hireright employees at right time. For this some skills, knowledge are mention as given below:Skills needed by HR managerCollaborative-An professional HR manager always work effectively and inclusivelywith all of its stakeholders which involve clients, teams, customers and individual etc. In case ofKingfisher plc it is essential because it helps to build healthy relation between inside & outsidethe organisation. For accomplish the targets of company it is important for management or HRdepartment that they develop better social relation through which company define their positionbeyond the local region also.Decisive thinker-In context of HR manager, large number of employees applied for avacant seat inside the organisation. As they all belong to different backgrounds andwork for similar organisation to achieve organisational goal. In context of Kingfisher plc HRmanager helps employee's to achieve their task by reducing conflict between them. Along withthis it also helps an organisation to manage and organise their employee's as an asset for theorganisation by diffusing combative situations among them.Knowledge needed by HR managerOrganisational skill-Their are several functions are performed by HR managerspecifically to recruit best candidates for an organisation that help to complete their targetswithin minimum time period.
