INTRODUCTION Individual development refers to the overall development of the workforce that leads for increasing overall productivity of organisation. With better development of individual, team and organisation management enhance skills, capabilities and competencies for all departments to gain competitive edge in market(Shin and et. al. 2012). The current report is written from perspective of Primark which is performing their work in clothing industry. Moreover, this report highlights on skills and attributes required by HR professional. Along with this personal SOW T analysis and personal development will also be covered in this report. In the last, reflective statement will also be focused in this report. MAIN BODY Skills, knowledge and attributes required by HR professional Human resources management work as an effective formal system that undertakes various activities to perform by HR management in order to manage personnel and all other individuals of organisation. The main motive of HR professional is to reduce employees turnover foraccomplishingorganisationalgoalsandobjectivesineffectivemanner.Someskills, capabilities and knowledge required by HR manager are mention as follow: Knowledge ï‚·Management-This is crucial for HR manager to ensure that all activities that leads organisation must perform in effective manner. Along with this HR manager is to manage and implement all principles to gain productive results. ï‚·Technical skill-It is mandatory to work according to existing market conditions. So technology implement is most important part for organisation which directly enhances productivity of organisational operations through performing them in minimum time period(Choi and Ruona, 2011). Skills ï‚·Leading Skill-With learn and adopt of leadership skills HR and other authority are able to guide and lead employees for performing there work with more efficiency by motivating them to complete all task effectively. 1

Therefore, it is mandatory for HR to learn problem solving skill for enhancing performance of organisation. With achieving all task it is easy for management to complete all work by taking guidance of top authorities persons. As the goals and objectives it is leading organisation to generate more results. Being an official clothing brand offers to manage work as per sales practices for completing of all task effectively.
