This helps the HR managers of company to manage theorganisational activities efficiently and effectively. As a Whirlpool's HR manager it is essentialto have good knowledge, a competitive skill set and ethical behaviour for creating and sustaininga productive workforce. For formulating the human resource plan and policy of company, HRshould possess the skills and attitude, which are as follows:Knowledge:The knowledge is an important element for the HR professional of company. It includesthe understanding of information, facts and awareness. Being a HR manager of Whirlpool's, oneshould be very quick to understand the information and facts, so one can take decisions on thebasis of information (Moxen and Strachan, 2017).
