INTRODUCTION
An organisation is determining as business unit at which individual are employed and
performs their allotted task so that firm can attain their desire goal as well as target successfully.
In respect of this it is essential for the companies to conduct programmes in so that individual,
team as well as organization development can do successfully (Bellis and Verganti, 2020). It is
essential for all types of organizations small, medium and big as it help in attainment of desire
goal successfully. Organization given for respective project is Hightown Housing association
which is registered in 1967 and they are operating in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire,
Bedfordshire and Berkshire. Their aim is to help people who need support as well as care related
to buy or rent a home at the market value. Respective report will include several topics i.e. skills,
knowledge and behavior required for HR professional as well as it also include personal skill
audit, professional development plan and comparison among the individual, organization training
and learning and development .

In order to being HR professional at Hightown Housing Association, it is necessary to
have as well as improves skills, knowledge and behavior. This will build their career chances to
develop more. An individual ought to consistently try to increase new information skills,

and Juozapavičius, 2020). Through securing these traits, they able to attain their desire goal as

Learning is determined as a process or strategy of acquiring or gaining fresh as well as
modified existing skills, value, behavior, preferences and knowledge. There are two types of
learning i.e. organization learning as well as individual learning (Gupta, 2020). In a life of a
person both types of learning plays essential role because it will help them in attaining desire
goal and boosting future successfully. There is difference between the organization learning and
individual learning, which are mentioned below:-
Difference between individual learning and organizational learning
Individual learning
It is considered as capacity as well as capabilities of a person in order
to develop knowledge and plans according to the situation of a
workplace. Through individual learning an individual able to develop
knowledge and skills related to the specific topic which helps in
growth of future. In this a person can increase its skills and abilities
through attending sessions, reading books, guest lectures and many
more.
Organizational learning
It is considered as retention, creation as well as transfer of skills as
well as knowledge within a company which help in overall growth
and improvement of a person along with firm (Kautz and et. al.,
2020). In this learning process information, skills and knowledge is
share among the employees as well as management so that their will
he successful growth of company. In this procedure both manager as

at their workplace or organization (Na, Kunkel and Doyle, 2020). There are several importance
gain through the continuous learning and professional development, from which some main are
mentioned below in respect of Hightown Housing Association:-
 Enhance profit – Through adopting continuous improvement and professional
development plan employees of Hightown Housing Association able to increase their
knowledge, skills and abilities which help them in conducting work proper which leads to
