INTRODUCTION
A business is depends on individuals, teams and group of people who are working in
organisation collectively in order to run a business and increase the organisational productivity.
This report is based on development of individuals, team and organisation that states how they
perform their activities and increase business profitability (Ryan and Connor, 2019). To
understand about this Hightown Housing association has been taken that is charitable trust,
operating business Herfordshire, Bedforeshire etc. by filing their vacancy. In this organisation
number of people and team are working properly. This report covers employee knowledge, skills
and behaviour, factors that are considered at the time of evaluating learning.
TASK 1
P1. Conclude suitable and professional knowledge, skills and behaviours which is required by
HR professionals
Professional skills are high performer skills which are required in a person to perform all
activities and duties that can help to accomplish the business goals. If people is having
professional skills then they can deal with different types of inside and outside the world that
processes to expansion of business in competitive business environment. In other words, a
professional skills are stated as highly demanded knowledge that increases understanding and
knowledge of people for the purpose of running a business. In Hightown Housing association
number of people are living who are required professional skills, knowledge and behaviour for
further improvement and increasing brand image. The professional skills, knowledge and
behaviour of HR Profession are as defined:
Professional skills:
Interpersonal skills – HR is the main department of all organisation where it is
understand goals and wants of employees by contacting with them, helps to increase the
organisational productivity. Interpersonal skills are those skills that is require to use near
constantly as interact and communicate with management and employees so all activities can be
complete by sharing and getting the work done in effective time period. HR professional is vital
who works in realty, welfare of employees, financial planning, customer services etc. For
example, in Hightown Housing HR Profession is need to sensitivity, positive reinforcement,
