INTRODUCTION
Team and individual development within an organisation is most essential aspect that
leads organisation to achieve top position in market by improving productivity of organisational
operations. To develop skills, capability and performance of employee management organised
regular training classes for providing right direction to employees. This report is written from
point view of Apple it is an international brand that offer good quality electronic products,
computer software etc. Moreover, this report highlights on information related skills, knowledge,
behaviour that are required by HR professional (Bolman and Deal, 2017). Along with this skill
audit and performance development plan will be including in this report. Difference between
organisation & individual and their training and development with continue learning and
professional development is also focus in this report. In the last, it provides and explains
contribution of HPW in employee engagement and the approaches of performance management.
TASK 1
P1 Knowledge, behaviour and skills required by HR professional
HRM is defines as the process that consist of various activities which are performed by HR
manager to manage personnel and all workforce of organisation. The main concern of an
effective HR manager is to provide right direction to all employees which lead management to
achieve desired goals and objectives in minimum time period. There are various issue and
challenges are faced by management that relates with employees and its performance. Due to
obstacle related with employees organisation process is directly impacted. Therefore, to
overcome from such challenges it is essential for HR manager to learn and implement right skills
due to which it is easy for Apple to perform work as per their goals and objectives (Cetin,
Demirciftci and Bilgihan, 2016).
Knowledge
Management- This is essential for HR manager to monitor and control all activities that
are related with workforce of organisation as it ensure that all task which are performed
by management will produce desired outcome. So the manager of Apple learn essential

skills such as communication, motivating of employees etc. to understand principle and
tactics related with human management. It result all task are performed within decided
time period. Moreover, management also helps to perform task with productive and
effective manner.
Information technology- In the present scenario, all tasks which are performed by
management are done with help of information technology. This determines computer,
smart devices and laptop are most essential aspect for an individual because all project
and task are manage with help of information technology (Choi and Ruona, 2011). So it
is mandatory for Apple HR to learn information and technical skills to complete all work
in effective manner.
Skills
Group and team work- HR manager perform their work by engaging large number of
individuals which work in team and group to complete organisational work. Along with
Apple corporations is performing their work at international level so management
formulate teams to complete all work in effective manner. Therefore, by learning team
skills it is easy for HR to generate better coordination among employees.
Leadership skill- Leaders are most prominent part of an organisation that assist and
straight efforts of all employees to perform work in effective manner. The main
perspective of leadership skill is to guide and motivate workforce to accomplish
company objectives. In context of Apple HR manager adopt leadership skill for
enhancing morale of workforce to complete their task by utilising minimum resources.
Behaviour
Self- motivated- The most important tool to achieve more success in organisation and
market is to perform all work with self-motivation. This refers that self-motivation must
be included in all operations and functions so that strategy for organisation are
formulated within right manner. It also refers that when HR of Apple is motivated than it
is easy for management to encourage other individuals for completing their work in
effective manner (De Mauro and et. al., 2018).
Overcoming from problems- This is essential for HR manager to implement right
capabilities in organisation. It results it is easy for management for completing task by
overcoming from challenges that impacts on company operations. Apple is recognises as
