INTRODUCTION
The focus of any organisation is to increase its efficiency optimally and to maximize their
profits this can be done by improving the organization's employees . Any organisation which
understands the potential of their employees and also focus on enhancing their skills , attitude
and knowledge towards the organisation with the help of some set of training to increase the
efficiency of the organisation. Unilever is a which produces consumer goods with a whooping
yearly revenues of around 50 billion euros with around 400 different brands all over the world.
The company is United Kingdom based in London. The company has divided its business in sour
parts food , refreshments, beverages and ice cream.

deals in consumer products. The company also focus on developing the skills of proving the best
services by the formulation of new strategic policies and innovative marketing campaigns.
