INTRODUCTION
Leadership and Management skills are essential for every organisation to be
successful in its operations. Management refers to getting things done by the people to fulfil
goals effectively and efficiently. It is required to grow business and develop market for its
product (Armstrong, 2012). Leadership refers to inspiring and guiding people to attain its
vision with great enthusiasm. These skills are required to practice for attaining mission and

environment of an organisation and in making an impact by combating obstacles. The
