INTRODUCTION
In any organization developing management and developing skills are a most important thing
that management has to do properly because leadership help management need to achieve the
objectives of an organization and they motivate their employees in their work so that their
organization's performance level is increased (Bush, Bell, and Middlewood, 2019). If I am
appointed as leadership management in HR in an organization, then I have to first develop
my skills which are necessary to use in this organization to perform the task and become a
successful leader. In this report, we discussed the important skills that leaders must have in
their skills so that they can perform their responsibility more effectively it will help the
management of an organization to achieve its objectives.
MAIN BODY
Leadership Style About Human Resource Administrator
In an organization, the leadership style is the most important factor which they have to follow
and develop the management skills organization. If the leadership style is appropriate to
follow by an organization of management then it will indirectly impact the organization on
their performance level and their productivity level is increased in organization and this will
help management to accomplish their objectives which are set at initial when they
establishing the organization. If I am an HR administrator in an organization then I have to
promote leadership style in an organization so that leaders perform their activity more
effectively and this will help an organization to lead the organization and help in making
decision-making in an organization (Chadwick and Leigh, 2018). There are different types of
Leadership styles that an organization has to follow by management.
Autocratic Leadership: In this leadership style I must have a necessary ability that makes
my decision-making very effective for the organization. In this, I have learned to decide
without the interference or discussion of my team members in an organization. In an
organization, I must have the potential to assign duties to my team members. This is a very
effective leadership style that every organization of management wants to follow in their
organization. In this leaders have to perform their work on their own they don’t pass their
responsibility to their team members. So it is made me very active and responsible towards
my work.

Democratic Leadership: In this leadership style, I have to discuss everything with my team
members even if I take any decision in an organization then I have to discuss it with my team
members so that I get more opinions and it became easy for me to make a decision which is
most suitable and which help an organization to achieve their objectives. In this, I have to
give freedom to my team members to give their suggestions and idea to improve their work
performance and this will increase the motivation level of employees and team members also
perform their tasks more effectively in an organization (Cole, 2018). This leadership style is
also very effective for their organization if they take any decision they can take and create a
good bond between team members and leaders. I have to use this leadership style according
to a situation that is arising in the organization.
Laissez-faire Leadership: In this leadership style any management doesn’t want to have in
their organization because in this leaders don’t do their work own they just depend on their
team members. In my organization as a leader, I have to avoid this so that it will not affect
my work and my progress. I have to become very active all time and I have to know every
decision which has been taken in the organization so that if any wrong decision will be taken
then I have to correct those decisions. So my team members also feel energetic and motivated
towards their work. I have to help an organization to achieve its goals effectively (Holt, Hall,
and Gilley, 2018). This will help management to grow and develop their organization in the
market and beat their competitors in the market.
Transactional Leadership: In this leadership style I have to motivate and boost the
confidence level of my team employees by giving them rewards like promotions and bonuses
in the organization. It will increase the competition level between all employees in the
organization and they all start to do work to get rewards. This is the best to motivate my
employees to do their work (Megheirkouni and Mejheirkouni, 2020). If any one of my team
members in an organization doesn’t perform their task with responsibility, then I have to talk
personally with that team member and discuss their problem and try to resolve that by giving
effective solutions. So that they also become sincere towards their work and it will impact on
organization's performance and its objectives.
Charismatic Leadership: In this leadership style, I must have a unique specialty and in my
working style so that my team member gets to influence and also get motivated for
performing their assigned work to do in a very effective way and this will help my
organization increase their productivity level in market (Murray, 2018). At least one person

their work.
