Subway is a private firm, famous for its first food restaurant business. It is
one of the largest restaurants in the world. It has larger number of stores
than McDonald. The dedicated working team of Subway helps to achieve
this success. It can be evaluated that Subway aims to undertake effective
targets in order to improve their performance in market. Therefore,
business focuses upon specific customer segments and provides them
particular products so that their needs can be fulfilled. Other quantifiable
targets identified by Subway is to improve its quality of products so that
they can overcome competition. Another quantifiable target focused by
Subway is to improve its sales performance till the end of 2020. It can be
obtained by expanding the business operations in different regions and
attracting worldwide customers. Here team work sincerely to avoid
disruption and failed delivery. It is clear that time and energy can
encourage the team’s vision. Cited firm make use of different set of
techniques with the help of which they measure the performance of their
workers. In this context, it includes performance measuring tools like
Balance score card, Six Sigma, Kaizen Blitz, etc. (Armstrong and Taylor,
2014). The performance targets for individuals within the team is to provide
maximum satisfaction to customers by delivering quality products. It is also
