There are some key learning milestones which I have incurred and which have helped me in
gaining some important aspects of how effectively and in appropriate manner I am able to learn
some key aspects of understanding and incurring to knowledge that there are some skills and
knowledge which are important for me to understand and analyse the aspects that they will help
me in my learning and development while I am studying in my University. There are some skills
and knowledge which I needed to improve so that I am able to develop my future career along
with personal development (Hoa and Tuan, 2019). There were important milestones which I
needed to achieve for my personal and professional growth at large scale. The skills which I
needed to learn were – management skills, problem solving skills, interpersonal skill.
Furthermore, I was also lacking some of the knowledge based skills such as – computer
knowledge, technical knowledge, artificial intelligence knowledge.
With the help of this, I would be able to achieve some skills and gain some knowledge
regarding the personal and professional career management at large scale. The impact of learning
and development on me was that I was able to create value for my work in appropriate manner.

The impactful experiences which I had gained while learning some skills and knowledge

experience which I need to mention here is that while I was learning management skills, I was
able to work on my personal and professional management which helped me in creating value of
how there are some major concerns of being effectively learning some important skills so that
management related to time and other work is managed appropriately and in an effective and
efficient manner. By improving my computer knowledge, I was able to address and create value
for addressing that the computer based knowledge is of more importance which helped me in
analysing that this knowledge will help me in my career as I will be working at the organization
at large scale in significant manner.
There was major experience which I gained while learning the skills and gaining
knowledge was that I was going through and learning from some training sessions. Also, the
online courses also helped me in maintaining the professionalism for my career and I gained
much knowledge for the usage of how impactful I was able to improve my skills and knowledge
at large scale. I had enjoyed learning the skills and knowledge by framing the Personal
Development Plan (PDP) at large scale. There were aspects as to how effectively I was able to
learn and develop my skills and gain knowledge on some perspectives of how effectively and in
appropriate manner I was able to address and learn the skills and knowledge in the time frame of
12 months. Therefore, there was positive impact on what I gained from learning and developing
new skills and development. This has helped me in analysing that I have the ability to learn new
skills and gain new knowledge.
