INTRODUCTION Skills plays a very essential and important role when it comes to get a reputed job in the company. Without the right type of skills, it is very it can help an individual to gain desired knowledge and work in a renowned organisation. In the present report, it comprises of problems of the business and their identification with the possible and effective challenges. In context to the present scenario, the problem is based on the convenience store and technical issue in the payment process. In order to identify the right solution for the problems, various solutions has been offered for the purpose to solve these technical issues. MAIN BODY TASK 1 Developing skills from this project With the help of performing the project with the team members, some of the skills which I got to learn within the specific time period. With the help of working in group and every team member, with the support of proper dedication for these activities has made more effective and efficient (FREy and Fisher, 2018). The various skills which I basically acquired comprises of the leadership skills, writing skills, communication skills and much more. In relation to my career, these skills plays a very significant role and also plays a very supportive role and also plays a very important role in offering various benefits for me in the entire life career. With the various career steps in life, all these skills plays a very important and essential role for the objective to get a job in the company and to achieve more opportunities in the upcoming positions. 1
Previous Learnings Before facing challenging scenarios with my team members, I am basically lacking in different skills which plays a crucial role in the entire career. Before starting the various activities, I did not have sufficient data or knowledge in respect of the various kind of people for the purpose to deal with the tough situations and finding suitable solutions to deal with them (Fumero, Marrero, Voltes and Penate, 2018).Moreover, I was not able to perform my writings in a informal manner and faced various problems in relation to the application and use of the social media platforms. In addition to that, I did not know the correct formation. Also, at the beginning of the starting of the process, I had very less knowledge about the activities in relation to the various activities. With the help of this program, all these facts are clearly known to me which also helped me a lot in gaining expertise for all the activities. Level of Confidence In relation to the level of confidence, after reducing the various challenging situation with my team members, I have finally achieved skills and desired knowledge. All these skills, plays a very effective role for the skills and knowledge. All these skills plays a very significant role and supports me in coming future. The major reason behind this is, I have sufficient knowledge and gained during this program which could be done effective manner(Maxwell, Sanders, Skues and Wise, 2020).In addition to that, I have ensured enough dedication while investing time in gaining skills. In addition to that, I have sufficient information regarding my performance and with the support of the skills and knowledge. With the help of confidence, it helps in providing the right type of encouragement for the purpose to learn more about the skills and knowledge. Also now I have become more expert due to the use of effective learning process. The confidence inherent in me is comparatively high as compared to others. Learning and its implementations In the beginning when I have attended this challenging situation with my team members for the objective to gain skills and knowledge which are usually applied in the career. Based on this objective and aim, all of these activities are usually performed. practical work life(Liau, Zaeem and Barber, 2020, October).Furthermore, these skills and their implementation is very much important. Furthermore, leadership skills plays a very important role and also supports the employees for the purpose to perform and carry out tasks in a effective manner. In context to the pandemic situations, these skills plays a very effective role and the learnings got from the various social media platforms plays a very important role in my career. With the help of meetings skills, these are considered to very important for the members of the employees. With the use of these skills and their implementation, it will play a very important role in my career. Moreover, these skills plays a very significant role for the objective to achieve prosperity in my career(Yun, Lee and Kim, 2019). TASK 2 Action plan for the development of skills In order to become more professional, it is very significant that the employees and staff needtobemoreskilledwhenitcomestothedemandoftheemployerandthejob responsibilities. Moreover, the support of the proper skill development helps a person to achieve the desired role in the company(North, 2020). Presentation skill Presentation skill is the ability to communicate effectively in the workplace, it is the ability that people use to deliver information to audience. Presentation skill denotes of engaging and connecting and give the message across the audience(Neumeyer and Santos, 2020).In order to solve the problem presentation skill will help to present in front of the audience to deliver the message effectively in a manner that the audience will concentrate on the person who is giving presentation. Presentation skill is not all about giving presentation it is also about how the person is presenting themselves. A great presentation skill are worthwhile abilities in modern workplace culture, it impact on job performance, work engagement and employee satisfaction. Its important to enhance the presentation skill this way the person will gain self confidence, communication will get better. Presenting oneself in a proper has a great impact on others, by doing this the other person will take seriously, if notothers will take for granted which will impact negative on the person(Dirks, 2019). 3
Time management skill Time management skill is the ability to use the time effectively and productively, it is a art of managing time to do everything in a order without any blunder. In order to solve the problem person should better at prioritizing there work(Roh, Kim, Park and Ahn, 2020).Good time management gives extra time to spend on other activities, it will help in reducing stress and anxiety, time being managed the person will stress less of not completing the task. The ability of managing time prioritize and schedule work is desirable for any organisation, By managing the time person will able to achieve there goals and objectives. By setting time limit on completing task helps us to be more focused and efficient and able to complete the task on time cause good impression on other. Person should manage there time table and schedule before hand in long term period of time for better performance and get to know which task needs to complete early or prioritizing the main task helps smooth work and reduce stress of the person(Maynard, Kennedy and Resick, 2018). Reading skill Reading skill refers to the ability of understanding the written text, it helps in achieving objectives by customizing the way you read. Skills that pertain to person's capacity to read, interpret and decode the written language text and helps analyse the assumption in text and arrive at your own conclusions. In order to solve problem, by enhancing this skill the person will gain more knowledge and it strengths the mental muscle. It improvise the thinking skill and analytical abilities assist in finding loopholes, patterns and puzzles and come up to a conclusion and solve the problem in the text easily. Reading improve the focus and concentration since you'll be indulge in cracking the text all of your concentration and focus will be on that and since you have this skills you'll be able to solve the problem. It improve the mental strength, reading daily is great exercise for your mental strength(Murphy, Curtis and McCloughen, 2019). 4
CONCLUSION From the above report, it can be concluded that skills and job applicant plays a very important role for the purpose to ensure skills and required knowledge. With the help of proper planning and implementation, it can make a person highly skilled and professional. In addition to that my confidence level is also presented with the support of the proper evaluation. In the end, three action plan has been prepared which comprises of the presentation skills, reading skills and time management skills. 5
