Reflection
There are a lot of things that one can learn by being in a group of people or by working
with a bunch of individuals in particular. This is mainly because there are different kinds of
people. Which means there are people who have diverse personalities, ethnicities, cultures,
values, beliefs as well as backgrounds. Hence, it is also necessary to learn to adjust with all of
these different things if one wants to learn and grow in particular (Guchait. Lei. and Tews.,
2016). One of the major skills that I have learned by working in a group is the team working
skills. I particularly started learning this skill in specific when I just met the group members that
I was particularly going to work with for the first time ever. Team working skills are abundant
and is also considered to be a wide variety in particular. Majorly in terms because it deals with
learning about personalities and further developing attitude and working techniques or methods
according to that in particular.
One of the other major skill that I particularly learnt is the communication skills. The
communication skills are basically considered to be efficient and effective when the individual
who is communicating is specific and precise and the communication done is understandable and
relevant as well in the context of the business or the organization in particular (Hargie. Dickson.
and Tourish., 2017). Communication skills are very necessary when it comes to working with
different kinds of individuals in particular. This will also help me in the future in my career as
well. Because most of the working done in the current or the present times in particular is based
on the way of communication that is used and how efficient it particularly was. I personally got
to learn about the communication to do it many ways and according to many different aspects by
understanding the personalities and behaviours of people in particular.
It was interesting to learn about different kinds or types of personalities in particular to
enhance the communication skills and the decision- making skills as well (Yates. and De
Oliveira., 2016). Through this I got to learn that there are many kinds of people that have
different personalities and different attitudes to deal with different kinds of situations in
particular. This helped me to learn about different personalities and how to deal with different
kinds of people according to the situation so that there is no chaos and things do not get hectic
