Hence, from the entire analysis it could be understood that the managers of the organization have to be carefulabout the monitoring of the team’s performance on regular basis and it is highly recommended that the assessment and regular evaluation of the performance against the objectives is very important.

It is very important to understand the features of a successful team, supporting team performance and monitoring team performance. The analysis has been done on the basis of the one of the organizations in Hong Kong, 759 Store which is a chain store which has its headquarters in Hong Kong. The company has been founded in 2010 by Coils Lam Wai Chun. There are different theories of motivation like Herzberg’s and Maslow’s motivation theories which have been explained in this report.
