INTRODUCTION
Learning is an essential and important process for every individual for their overall
development. With the help of learning, individual will be able to enhance their current skills and
knowledge so that they can attain their personal as well as organisational goals in an effective
manner. In every educational institutions, it is essential for the teachers to provide proper and
effective knowledge and information to their students which will assist them various
opportunities in future. Learning process is important as it helps in grabbing various
opportunities available at the competitive environment. Education is the essential right of an
individual as it helps them in enhancing their current knowledge and skills which as a result
build their confidence and help them in taking effective decisions in future. The present
assignment assist in enhancing and developing capabilities as well as abilities in order to present
their opinion effectively. In the present report, various behaviour management theories are going
to be explained in detail. In addition to this, the present report includes discussion on the
application of pedagogical principles. Along with this, in the present report teaching plan along
with different practices are going to be enforced according to the need of the students of business
management.
TASK 1
1.1 Application of pedagogical principles
Pedagogy refers to another name for education, science of teaching and profession. It is
an approach which is related with the interaction with students, teachers along with learning task
and environment. This approach is used by teachers in order to shape their judgements, actions
as well as other teaching strategies and taking consideration of different theories of learning. It
has been identified that there are various principles which is quite effective and positive in nature
are going to be discussed. Some of these principles are as follows:
Motivation – One of the most important principles of pedagogy is motivation. It is very essential
while teaching the students and individuals. It has been examined that there are various practices
which cannot be performed by teachers if they are not motivated and encouraged. Along with
this, it is also very important to motivate others through teaching individuals. This as a result,
assist each and every individual in order to grab opportunities available at the competitive
