INTRODUCTION
Resources can be define as the material and other things that is required for conducting
any task in effective and efficient manner (Fowler, 2013). There are different types of resources
that is useful in performing leaning activities as this will lead to create better impact on learner. It
is important to organize resources in correct and appropriate manner in order to get maximum
benefits from the resources. Design and development of resources is essential in gathering with
the necessarily of individual demand. This report consist of importance of resources as well as
their effective of specific resources is evaluated. Different principles of resources design is
identified and various way which communicate development of resource is evaluated.
Theoretical concept and model for comprehensive programme design has been analysed
properly. Various ways for strong and classifying resources is analysed as well as legal
requirements for use of resources is determined. Apart from this resources effectiveness of
practices in relation to development or use of resources is evaluated. Strengths and improvement
in relation development is identified.

enhancing style of teaching or learning. The main purpose of resources is the to perform task and
activities in effective manner. So that learning outcomes and objectives could be timely achieve.
Teaching resources is developed with the purpose of supporting teaching process as well as
providing better experience to learner. There are varieties of resources that will lead to enhancing
experience of learners as well as developing their skills. Resources will lead to simplify the
whole process of teaching and learning as well as foster the experience of learner. The purpose
of resources is to improve the capabilities of learners and improvement their strengths.

appropriate resources for learner. VAK principles – This stands for visual, auditory and Kinesthetic principle of learning. It
is crucial that resources should be develop by considering seeing, listening as well as
touching aspect. Best fit for purpose – Designing of resources should be done by considering the best fit
for learner principle. This will help in creating and developing more appropriate and
accurate resources for learner and teachers as well.

improvement or usage of available material. This will help me in identifying whether individual
needs of learner in specialist area is completely meet or not (Peng, and et.al., 2014). It has been
identified that all of the resources which I have used to teaching is best fit for this purpose and
support in enhancing the experience of learners. SWEET analyse is very supportive in
determining the needs or requirement of learner so that appropriate resources could be provided.
Resources that is developed and used for this propose was appropriate as per the subject as well
as capabilities of learner. These resources are collected from different ways which is adaptable to

the necessarily of student. In development of available material and use I have consider new and
emerging technologies to support learner in order to improve their learning experience.

It is essential to determine the strength as this will help in enhancing the level of leaning
experience of learner. While determining own strengths it is identified that confidence of using
range of resources is strength as this support in conducting learning activities in better and
effective manner. Opportunities for designing of differentiation of resources as well as proper
utilization of resource in appropriate manner lead to have positive impact on overall learning
experience of learners.
There are some field in that betterment is required with the motive of improving the learning
experience as well as accomplishment of learning objectives. the major areas for improvement
are utilization of alternative approaches, skills audit, development of resource design, adaptation
of practical skills as well as resources to address a range if individual demand. All of these areas
of improvement are identified that will support providing better learning experience to learners.

in enhancing learning experience. It is very important to collect and use appropriate resources so
