perspectives on social policy of
Welfare in UK

INTRODUCTION
Welfare state is referred to a governing body wherein the
national government plays a crucial role in promoting and
protecting the social well-being of its citizens. It is based upon
the various principles such as equal distribution of wealth,
equal opportunities and public responsibilities for the ones
who are incapable of achieving the resources.
The relationship between politics and society considers
policies and administration activities related to social services
which include health, income maintenance and housing,
education and social work. It includes needs and challenges
which affect the service of users which include old age,
poverty, disability, health, social work and basic studies or
literacy.

SOCIAL POLICY
Social policy is referred to a term which aims to provide
solutions in order to fulfil the basic needs of social life Social
problems are dynamic in accordance with the environmental
factors and economic factors.
Social policy is defined as an area which consists of decisions
taken in aspect of the participation of the individuals.
