INTRODUCTION
Creativity in the workplace, tend to motivate employees to collaborate their working
processes with each other and also at the same time motivate employees to learn new skills.
Through which they make appropriate improvisations in their working pattern, by which overall
quality of the achieved target can be improved. Creativity within institutes is not only limited to
implementing innovation in developing products but also at the same time businesses can utilize
creativity in its promotional strategies as well. Thus, through this step company can implement
several steps for increasing the brand awareness at different geographic areas and also at the
same time company can also implement market penetration. Through which market share of the
company can be increased, which will provide high sales. Study on the evaluation on the
effectiveness of the workplace creativity is being done in this report. Analysis of the
organizational steps to increase the overall work place creativity for implementing innovation
within the work areas is also being evaluated within the report. Identification on organizations
steps like develop teams for identifying and developing strategies for implementing the
innovation within the working area is being analysed in the report.
LITERATURE REVIEW
Theme: workplace creativity
As per the views of Okolocha, (2020) organizations have to guarantee that they are able
to provide new and rare product to the customers. Due to which company has to influence
employees to implement improvisations in their working area, through which they are being able
to increase the creativity in the developed product. However, the Kršlak and Ljevo (2021) argued
that organizations have to evaluate the changing market trends and changes in customer's buying
procedure. Then on that basis tend to provide training to the employees, through which they can
make appropriate changes in their working pattern. With this training company can make sure
that it is able to achieve the desired working target and can also achieve an efficient competitive
edge. But on the other Kamel and et.al, (2017) said that high organizational expenditures have to
made by the company in order to provide appropriate training to the employee. This happens
because since company has to made expenditures for proving the training to the employee,
therefore it will make a significant impact upon the economic growth of the organization.
