My learning philosophy is primarily concerned with a holistic approach that focuses on skills development and learning capabilities that will enable me to perfectly integrate experiential, social, formal, and healthcare based provision activities.My learning philosophy is mainly based on the principles of the 21stcentury that will enable me to develop the necessary skills of a healthcare professional. With this learning and skills acquisition, I am much determined that I will contribute positively to healthcare in the future. I also intend to incorporate the interpersonal learning mechanism. I firmly believe that the incorporation of this particular philosophy will be quite helpful for me in terms of collaborating and interacting with other experts in the healthcare professional. I think that a collaborative learning style will help me to understand different aspects of healthcare professionals. It will help to device new ways of handling certain related complications and difficulties concerning healthcare(Akan & Basar, 2013). I also believe that the use of an interpersonal learning philosophy will help me develop the right attitude in the field of healthcare. I think this will enable me to thrive and ensure a perfect healthcare provision for patients and various people who are in need.The teaching philosophy recommended here is the teach-well test-well and treat-well philosophy. Through individual incorporation of the teaching philosophy, I strongly believe that the philosophy will help me in unveiling my full potential as a healthcare professional. This goes beyond just teaching but utilizing the learned skills in delivering effective healthcare for the individuals or patients who are in need. The philosophy is also beneficial in the creation of a healthcare environment that is psychologically safe. My interpersonal learning philosophy relates effectively to cognitive theory. Through the incorporation of cognitive theory, I can expand my learning capabilities and intellectual horizon.

The incorporation of the cognitive learning theory will also help me to advance on my healthcare skills. Cognitive theory encourages the exploration of knowledge with a high level of enthusiasm. Another foundation for the cognitive theory is an information professional. This aspect of cognitivism is very essential in terms of developing a faster response to complicated healthcare situations for any healthcare professional. It will, therefore, enable me to conceptualize my learning process. As elaborated in this discussion, cognitive theory forms a more significant aspect of my learning philosophy. It is likely to contribute immensely to my growth as a healthcare professional in society. Social constructivism is also another learning theory that plays a vital role in the promotion of my learning philosophy. The emphasis of this theory is mainly on the collaborative nature of professional relationships. This is important as a knowledge acquisition technique and promotes advancements of healthcare techniques and skills. It can thus be noted that these two theories are essential in teams of supporting both my learning and teaching philosophy with the main aim of becoming highly competent healthcare professionals in society. As a healthcare professional, I believe that my values believe in teaching, and learning immensely affects my role as a healthcare philosophy. My learning beliefs is quite central as it determines whether I am acquiring the right knowledge for the healthcare job. Having the right experience is fundamental in terms of completing my roles as a professional(Ferholt et al., 2015).I believe that through the use of the learning philosophy, I am in the best position to acquire more knowledge that will help me to deal effectively with other situations which are related to healthcare.With this belief, I firmly believe that I will execute my healthcare roles with high levels of competency that will enable me to thrive in the healthcare world. An example of where the teach-well, test-well and teach well philosophy is seen when practically handling a medical solution. This philosophy is convenient here as it will help to handle such situations without and form of hesitation. The teaching philosophy will also be applicable when collaboratively managing a medical condition (Zegwaard & Campbell, 2014). When other members of the health team have to be briefed on the situation, the philosophy can be applied in such cases. The learning and teaching philosophies relate quite effectively with those initially stated in units 2 and 3. Some of the stated concepts that were recommended to promote effective learning and to teach for a health care professional includes the incorporation of creativity (Sherlock & Williamson, 2014).Creativity as a concept involves capturing the attention of the learner. This will help in the development of a productive relationship for better learning and teaching outcomes.
