As the traditional system of the company is manually driven, it is proving to be inefficient. To make an analysis of the issues that the organisation is facing, a separate panel of experts is expected to be formed within the first quarter of the implementation of the new management information system (Laudon and Laudon 2015). b)Identification of the problem areas and implementation of the management information system:The South Dakota Department of Labor, Workers’ Compensation division is facing a huge crisis in gathering information about the employees who had been injured one time or the other during their course of job for a future reference. To counter this situation it is very important to pick and highlight the problem areas where the company is really lacking behind to cope up with the flow (Van Der Aalst 2013). Therefore the professional of the management information system would be contacted by the next six years who will assist the organisation to detect the problem areas and will set up the infrastructure for the proposed infrastructure that is crucial in relevance to the present environment. c)Recommendation of special ways through which the company would be able to benefit in the upcoming years:The implementation ofany sort of management information system requires high maintenance and a regulatory check at the end of the year. The implementation of the management system for the organisation will also require such a body that would solely dedicate itself in providing with the valuable recommendations to improve the system. The body will also perform a regulatory check every year to detect the areas where innovative ideas can be implemented so that the situation of the information system is bettered (Beynon- Davies 2013). As per the expected plan, this expected to be complemented within the last three months of the year so that the whole system comes into action from the very beginning of the following year.

The approximate range for this action to take place is expected to get over within the first quarter of the year. 2Identification of the problem areas and implementation of the management information system To critically identify the key problem areas within the organisation and to implement the management information system it is required for the organisation to establish a contract with the Management Information System team of professionals. The professionals will assist the company to detect the key problem areas that are required to be attended before the implementation of the new system. After that, the team of professionals will set up the cloud infrastructure within the premises of the organisation and will create datacentres for the fast access of the insights online (Pluzhnik and Nikulchev 2014). The approximate range for this action to take place is expected to get over within the next six months of the year. 3Recommendation of special ways through which the company would be able to benefit in the upcoming years A separate recommendation team will be formed whose role will be to assist the enterprise with the valuable recommended inputs. The team will also act as a regulatory body that will provide guidance to the professionals to better the performance of the information system. The regulatory body will provide an annual service check to look into the fact that all the wings of the information system is running in a good health (Chang 2014). The team will provide assistance online. The approximate range for this action to take place is expected to get over within the last quarter of the year.
