INTRODUCTION
In this present report, there are different type of cases which are given and it contains
different aspect to be covered. This report covers, development of appropriate assessment
mapping tool in order to map the assessment instrument. Further, it covers identification of
outstanding assessment criteria which has not addressed by the assessment instruments. Lastly, it
also includes completion of assessment plan that will be addressed by Mr. Church.

b. Appropriate ‘assessment mapping’ tool to map the assessment instruments
As per the type of assessment instrument that is developed, it can be stated that it is high
effective as it contains different set of aspects that are covered with the help of which the rate of
performance and knowledge that they have can be identified. More specifically, there are three
different type of aspects that are covered in this. In this context, it includes activates that were
given to hired individuals. Questionnaire were given that was helped in identifying the
knowledge that they have. Lastly, the assessment was given to third party that aimed at
determining the knowledge and type of support that will be provided by them through which the
aim at are developed by the school can be achieved. In order to perform any type of role, it is
important that one has proper knowledge and understanding for the areas in which they are
willing to get into. When there is proper assessment develop that contains proper analysis and
enables to understand the areas in which they lack and will they be able to support the firm in
achieving their desired goals and objectives.
c. Outstanding assessment criteria that has not been addressed by the assessment instruments
One of the tool that can be included in this assessment is with respect to group discussion
and personal interview. It is a type of tool that enables to identify the skills and knowledge that
individuals possess. Both these aspects are helpful to make sure that the skills with the
individuals are effective enough to achieve the aim of the school. More specifically, the rate of
growth and level of knowledge can be easily identified when group discussion. When there are
many individuals involved in the interview of condition in which most appropriate person is to
be selected, then group discussion is effective to understand select the best one on the basic of
knowledge and skills like communication. As per the type of role that is being selected contains
