This paper reflects on the development of a new information system for improving communication within an organization named “Globoforce”. The scope of the project includes providing chat support system facilities for the employees, tracking the portal option of the employees, development of portal option for the employees, development of entire option, undertaking testing of the project and completion of project within 63 days. SMART objectives, governance, project schedule, project budget, WBS, Gantt chart, project risks and risk mitigation are also discussed.
