According toClarkeet al., (2017), theMobile Integrated Healthcareis a new and evolving care model that focuses on bridging the gaps in the transition of care, which interrupt the communication and delivery of care services to the patient population. It was primarily developed for addressing the health issues of the rural community; however, later, it was extended on a global scale. The advantages of the innovative model concerning patient outcomes are a new model of mobile integrated healthcare evolves as one of the most promising frameworks for comprehensive and complex care delivery using collaborative team efforts using resources and professionals for availing different types of programs for a wide range of patients (Castillo et al., 2016). The innovative process of the model supports the team by using the core competencies of staff to offer community health facilities and services in an appropriate manner.Themodelofferstimely,physician-ledinterdisciplinaryteameffortanda technologically advanced care process for the management of critically ill patients in hospitals, homes, or workplaces.
