My attendance is disturbed because I also a hard worker working full-time and I have a family and a baby boy so sometimes I had no one to leave him with .And also the COVID 19 was a factor too cause I had symptoms and I wasn’t feeling well so I wasn’t able to attend my classes. 2. Learning style analysis Honey and Mumford’s leadership styles theory and its comparison with kolb model Honey and Mumford theory help an individual to learn various styles which are depicted as under: Reflector:An individual observe the situation from different perspectives for which they collect data from all the sides and prefer to analyse them thoroughly from every possible angle before coming to any decision(Bhatti, Abas, and Rana, 2021).
Theorist:This type of learner integrate and convert dissimilar facts into the logical theories by analysing and combining. Pragmatist:These learners strive to search the new ideas and get opportunity to experiment with those ideas. Activist:These learners involve themselves into learning new experiences without any bias. Kolb model Kolb model also help the people in learning which includes four stages which are as under: Concrete:In this learning, a learner physically experience the situation and required to reflect in order to learn new skills and improved existing ones. Reflective:In this stage a learner reflects on the experience or the situation on personalbasis.Anindividualthinktoaccomplishthegoalsbyapplyingthe experience in different circumstances. Abstract:At this stage, an individual form own ideas and make modification on the basis of reflection that arises from the reflection stage (Hassan, and et.al., 2021). Types of attenders According to Dolnicar There are many type of attenders which attend the course and school to gain knowledge and experience. The students attend the classes whether offline by going to school or through online mode by adopting the distances education mode. 3. Self-analysis Analysis of preferred learning style I prefer to adopt pragmatist learning style because I am able to learn best with any practical activity that provides me opportunity to try out what has been learnt. I prefer group or individual activities including practices, coaching and work experience. I am always keen to find out the new ideas and activities and experiment it with the application of theory. I like to act quickly and decisively and always confident to try out new ideas(Zhong, and Wang, 2021). I view the problems as challenges and like to find new ways of solving problem.
