Secondary qualitative data analysis is also performed in commencing of the project. With the help of the primary qualitative data analysis, data are collected from the employees of the Divine Wine. These theoretical data were collected to understand the thinking of the employees regarding the business organization. After understanding the views of the employee’s proper recommendations can be made as per the management of the employee reaction.
