3DIABETES ERADICATION CAMPAIGN AMONG ABOROGINESIntroduction:The aim of the assignment is to device a health promotion campaign to eradicate diabetes type 2 among the Aborigines population ofPlayford, Adelaide, Australia. The assignment gives detailed plans of the programme and analyses them based on SMART strategies. TheAborigines eat a lot protein like meat and insects, a lot of wild fruits but less cereal (Fieldhouse, 2013). This imbalance of food and excess ofcalorie and sugar leads to diabetes mellitus type 2. The strategies as a result, takes into account the food habits and lifestyle of these people. Thenext section deals with the overview of the plan and its SWOT analysis.
