TOPIC Diabetes OVERVIEW Diabetes is defined as the chronic and long lasting health issue and situation which may show the factor which affect the body turn the food into the form of energy. Therefore, the most of the food which is taken by individual are well broken into the form of sugar. It is also known as the glucose and release into the aspect of blood stream. In this, the blood sugar is usually going up and provide the signal into the pancreas into the release of insulin. As per the study, it is well analysed that there are three P’s which is related with the diabetes such as polydipsia, polyuria and polyphagia (Evert & Yancy 2019). In addition, such term is well focus on the correspond in order to enhance the thirst, urination and long term appetite in the respective ways. These three P’s are often show the relatively that is associated with the context that occur together. There are various of sign that is related with the diabetes such as hunger and fatigue which is related with the converts the food that eat into the term of glucose that show the cell use for energy (Forouhi, & Wareham, 2019). Therefore, the peeing more often and being thirstier and dry mouth and itchy skin which is showing the blurred vision. There is type of diabetes type 1 and type 2 and the gestational diabetes which is related with the pregnant. There are type 1 diabetes is thought which can have caused that is by autoimmune reaction, the body is attack itself by the mistake which is stop the body in order to make the insulin. In addition, the approximately 5 to 10 percent of the people who have facing the issue of type 1 diabetes (Henning, 2018). The symptoms of the type 1 diabetes are usually developing in the quickly way which may show the aspect that is diagnose in children, teen and young adults (Saeedi and et. al., 2019). Moreover, the type 2 diabetes is also show their prevalence in the body where body doesn’t use insulin well and cannot keep the blood sugar at the normal level. It is also analysed that the about 90 to 95 percent of the people with the diabetes have type 2. It is developing over many of year and it is usually diagnosing in the aspect of adult but more and diabetes which have type 2. It is well related with the it does not diagnose with the symptoms which may get known by using the blood sugar test (Lipsky and et. al., 2020). 1
