INTRODUCTION
Developmental and disease process is a disease which affect health of people and direct transfer
of bacteria, viruses or infectious. The developmental origin of health and disease theory is based
on concept of origins of lifestyle related disease is formed at time of fertilization, fetal and
neonatal stages by interrelation between genes and environment. Developmental origins of health
and disease is an approach to medical research. It is important to provide proper care to patients
because so that they can get well soon. It is essential to take care of patients and provide them
good environment so that they can recover soon (Dadheech and Shapiro, 2018).
NHS(National Health Service) was formed in the year 1948. It’s jurisdiction is in England and it
provides proper care to patients. This is health care system which focuses on providing proper
treatment to patients and care so that they can get well soon. It is important to focus on their
needs and satisfy their needs as it helps in creating good image and better services can be
provided. NHS is a department of health and social care.
BACKGROUND
It is essential to provide good care and treatment to patients so that they can recover soon and it
helps in creating good relationship. NHS is one of the famous health and social care which
provides good care and treatment to patients. All the staff members are working properly and
proper training is given to them so that they can work efficiently. Managers are distributing work
among employees and performance is measured so that improvement can be done and it helps in
achieving goals and objectives of hospital. It is the responsibility of managers to manage all the
things and provide good facilities to patients so that patients can recover and get well soon. It is
important to provide proper care to improve health of people (Ge, Chen and Chen, 2017). It is
important to foucs on need of custoemrs and provide them good services so that they can get
well soon. It is essential to provide good facilities to patients. NHS is providing good facilities to
patients and they are giving proepr treatment to custoemrs. It is essential to focus on diabetes
patient so that they can get good treatment. Diabetes patients need proper care and employees are
providing proper care so that patients can get well soon. Diabetes patient was admitted in NHS
as good services are provided to customers and their needs are satisfied. Diabetes patient need
proepr care and satff members should do dialy check up so that patients can get recover soon. It
is important to take care of patients and it helps in maintaining good relationship with customers.

CHOSEN CASE
The patient is facing problem related to diabetes and admitted in NHS(National health service).
They are facing problem as it increases the risk of various cardiovascular problems. It includes
disease with chest pain, heart attack, narrowing of arteries. The long term effects of diabetes it
includes damage to large and small blood vessels. The patient is admitted in NHS because in
national health service good facilities are provided. All the employees are focusing on providing
good treatment to patients so that they can recover soon. It is essential to provide good treatment
to diabetes patients because it causes heart attack, stroke, large and small blood vessels. It can
effect kidney, eyes, feet and nerves. Diabetes is a chronic disease which occurs because body is
unable to use glucose properly. The patient is facing problem as some signs are symptoms of
diabetes such as, frequent urination, increased thirst, fatigue, increased hunger, unexplained
weight loss, slow healing cuts and wounds, blurred vision (LeRoith and et.al., 2019).
Patient of diabetes is having many problems and admitted in NHS. Staff members of National
health service are providing good services to patients and proper treatment is provided so that
they can recover soon. National health service is one of the famous hospital which provides good
treatment to people and their health record is maintained daily. Nurses and staff members are
taking care of patients and providing treatment so that they can recover soon. It is important to
focus on satisfying need of patient and proper treatment. The case is related to patient who has
diabetes and admitted in NHS. It is the responsibility of staff members to provide good treatment
to patients and satisfy their needs. It is essential to provide safe and secure environment to
patients so that they can recover. Diabetes patient need proper care and their daily updates should
be given to doctor by staff members so that treatment can be given according to that. It is the
responsibility of managers of National health service to provide necessary facilities to patients so
that they can recover soon.
