inspirational resources (Northouse, 2017).
Leadership is the attribute that helps to
motivate a group, a team ora mass of people and
enforces the groups to achieve the common goal.

creating a vision like the porter’s five forces, PEST
Analysis, USP Analysis, Core Competence
Analysis and SWOT Analysis (Galvin et al., 2014).
The tools help the team in analyzing the current situation.
The leadership quality also consists of attributes like
problem solving ability
