The title of the article is Conversation with ill patients which are written by

care, (2014). The aim of the study was to explore the skills and strategies
employed by professionals when having difficult conversations to provide
information to loved ones as part of palliative care. The group of population
is above 18. The method of research used here is qualitative to find the data

the ill patients and their loved ones has shown that there are many phases in
life that needs to be discussed with each other. During the time of any

maintain a decent way of messaging. It has unlike from the article that there
are many ways to convey a message to the patient and their families. This
includes giving sometime and silence in between the conversation by saying
that we will call in 2 or 3 days in order to take a proper time to make a
decision. An easy way to convey a message is using symbols and metaphors
which can keep the information secret and private (Sand L). in some cases
the doctors make direct conversation with the patient and love once to save
the time and make them aware about the actual situation. This will help
them to take precautions and help which ever needed to save the life of
patient. It is believe that, many doctors prefer that before giving any
treatment to the patient the need to impart a hope among their loved ones
in order to get the treatment done effectively. The quality of the
communication will be maintained through two way communication when
both the patient and their families are able to understand the short coming

from 10 nurses who are in there training period through electronic survey. A
scenario has been created for the students for simulation process in which
they get opportunity to introduce themselves in front of the parents.
Students are divided among five group in which each one of them reflect
