Integrated professional skills in digital age refer to internet ways of getting linked with
would for sharing useful information, getting news around world as well as idea of recent
developments all round the world. This report will discuss how pandemic has many issues with
use of data and information technology which build negative aspect to business. This report will
also highlight the usage of ICT in collaboration with work which has gained value required
during the time of Covid-19. Further it would show the advantage and disadvantage of
application and sustainability of cloud computing and cloud storage for enhancing the
digitalization. This report would discuss the security situations and possibility for measurement
(Livingstone and Byrne, 2018).

Importance of collaborative tools
By the entire time world has faced the issue of pandemic where it was complicated in
carrying out business operations. The effect of pandemic was major disaster by which sudden
changes appeared in field of modern business. Collaboration tools are the apps which includes
software, programmes and platforms which used to get the purpose of getting the people in
organization together to execute the business operation. Its benefits n saving time and resources
and enhance the productivity. It also improves the communication and boot up team morale.
Digital collaboration not only improve communication but also it facilitates information flow,
support ways to form and increase employee efficiency and productivity. Due to change in
business environment the requirement was felt to assist modern organization to carry out their
business without any issues (Starkey, 2020).
Zoom application -
It is the most commonly used tool by organizations during the time of pandemic, it used for
various purposes. Covid-19 formed the situations of lock downs, avoiding direct interactions, in
such difficulty it was not possible to run business. The service of zoom helped many people at
that time and supportive to communicate where kept business running efficiently. It is very
important tool and helped in several ways and it also has its characteristic by which the working
made easier for companies.

In early day of pandemic, the participants of zoom daily meeting grow 30 times more
than before, zoom is building the next iteration of communication and collaboration tool which
is helpful for organization to foster better communication even when the all the working people
are not together.
Microsoft team -
The second tool is useful for chat based collaboration platform which it is useful ,for
sharing documents, online meetings and various extreme feature of business communications.
While having the better team space is the source of able to form creative and innovative
decisions and communicate with each other (Corrigan and Slomp, 2021). If provides types of
plan for example paid and free in which duration of meeting remains for 24 hours. It played
important role in pandemic where several meeting were conducted by using this tool.
Microsoft team is the part of Microsoft office 365 which offers amount of services like
unifies chat, file sharing , videos etc. in the circumstances of Covid-19 the biggest challenges
were concerning to business communication in which data security pertain and it is seemed
various time that using different tools or applications business requirements were incomplete.
The application is not only changed the pattern of carry out business meeting also at same time
made-up method to save and value, proved business communication. Thus, from evaluating it
can be said that the collaboration tool assisted organization in pandemic as well as helped them
in making their task easier to control their business operations.
Advantages and disadvantages and suitability, applications of cloud storage and computing
Cloud computing
Cloud computing reefers to the process of computing services which includes databases,
storage, software, intelligence and analytics as well. Whereas over the internet cloud offer fast
innovation, flexible resources and economies of scale. It has transformed the way of conducting
business and interactions with consumers as well as with internet, data storage or software.
Almost 90 percent of business are making use of cloud in some capacities.
Advantages
It decreases the cost of organizations and support to manage it system in order to high
efficiency, also it helps them for being in continuous process, flexibility of practices at
workplace.
Disadvantage

The performance can vary in some situations where running application on server
provides the resources to business but greedy behaviour or attack can directly affect the
performance of such resources.
Suitability
Cloud computing offers variety of benefits to entity which create suitable for current
circumstances, in Covid-19 world has faced several issues s in which interactions and
communications were unable to meet. Automatic updates, backup facility, and upgrades were
able make appropriate for modern business (Tohara, 2021).
Applications
There are various applications that is being used by which cloud computing is taken itno
consideration. Such applications are big data analysis, testing and development, anti-virus
applications, social network platforms and entertainment applications.
Cloud storage
It is sort of cloud computing model which store data on internet by cloud computing
provider which operates an and manages the services of data storage. It is delivered on demand
with just in time capacity and cost as well as eliminates managing and buying data of the
infrastructure. Over the time cloud storage is considering by most of the organizations, it
surfaces way of work with safety and communications provide it places as data storage tool
(Sousa and Wilks, 2018).
Advantage
It is most useful for modern organization which motivates them to rise digitalization used
entity, the benefit are it provides backup to data, keep files encrypted, ease in file sharing, handy
remote work and cater facility of storing data for lifetime.
Disadvantage
There are negative aspects which prevent the way to increase digitalization, such as there
are additional cost for downloading and uploading files from cloud. Also, support for cloud
storage is not good especially when using the free version, there is additional cost factor and
privacy concerns as well.

In unpredictable situation of pandemic it acts crucial role which is very appropriate for
hiking digitalization. It provides support to size and forms of organizations and provides fast
growth of data which form suitable in modern business environment.
Applications
The applications for improving the digitalization of organizations are i-cloud for ios
users, Dropbox, google drive, etc. thus, it can be concluded that in the e-commerce cloud storage
and cloud computing are performing major role in running the business operations.
Privacy and security challenges
Security issues appears in circumstances when hacker gets unauthorized access to
protected sites coding and written language. Privacy issues are those which includes unwarranted
access to private information, which is not necessarily involve security rift (DiRomualdo, El-
Khoury and Girimonte, 2018). The global pandemic bring no relief from problem dealing data
protection effort and protection professionals. The organizations were involved for using the
information communication technology. By which there were some issues which were
connective to privacy of data and information been affected. For security issues ICT created a
way in which they can impact threat of team for operation to completely different culture. Thus,
there are some security issues which relates to the methods by which organization security get
affected.
Ransomware
These are known as attacker by which encrypt company data and require payment to
regenerate access to operations. These are considered as helpful due to managing the operations
for business.
Malware
Earlier at the time time of pandemic there are several issues which is recognized in most
of the software that effect organization.
Interrupts and disable service – malware interrupts network of organization and disrupt the
business operation easily. In some situations it disables the momentous services offered by
company which leads to major loss (Saykili, 2019).
Crypto jacking
These are also cybercriminals that are used as victim toward the computing power of
generating cryptocurrency. Hacker has the primary ways to get victim computer to reinforce

cryptocurrencies. During the time of pandemic organization faced many issues related with ways
of being affected by stolen of data for analysation of system.
Threats against integrity and availability
Integrity and availability are concerned as core underpinning of information security,
availability refers to authorized user who has access to system and resource. Integrity refers to
data being protected from unauthorized change to make sure it is correct and reliable.
Poor passwords : organization may prevent threats to data integrity by applying the system
which encourage user to protect passwords. This contains combination of letters, numbers and
special characters (Bonfield and et.al., 2020). The secure passwords are often tough to remember
and allow the exchange of user to login document without any necessary disclosing of password
itself.
Network vulnerabilities : these are weakness and defect in hardware or business resources by
which victim could get access to the company data. Whereas the possibility of cybercriminal
security breach network security, it becomes risk to data integrity.
The measures that may be confiscated from organization to respond various affect rom business
are :

Limitations and benefit of separate internet network of Russia
It had been observed that conflict between Russia and Ukraine affected the prevailing

networks. Russia is developed nation having population of more above 140 million so there will
huge affect of these personal network. Somehow the war among nations forming division of
global unity and in such difficulty it is often to see Russia to form its personal network to get

control over the communication and information circle of nation. In similar manner there are
some benefits and limitations which describes about private networking and its consequences.
Benefits of personal networking
These benefits will help in order to prevent citizens from using global network as well as
getting affected by global convictions. Whereas in some situation people would feed with
information that is benefit of nation so it mounts way for doing, it would provide the upper hand
to nation. The network will prevent malicious power to get into network system of nation, also it
will help the organizations for making their data safer. Apart from this, there are beneficial
aspects of this such as data management which is difficult issue for dealing with, so private
network can sort out this risk (Soliman, Taha and El Sayad, 2019). Full control is the major
reason and benefit which is directing Russia to evolve their personal based network. Nation want
to handle the network system to the fullest lead but it is not possible with current network
system. Thus, the private system will provide full control.
Limitations of personal networking
The major limitation of such network is the negative impact on global communication,
world has identified intense implications of pandemic. In which its was necessary to share best
practices with one another to restrict and fight against fearful demon, but it was bit unsuccessful
because of improper communication, so it effects. Being disconnected to global world affect the
ability of nation for being competitive with other power. While having the personal network
create the higher possibility for citizens for being unaware about global trends which is generally
being communicating in digital networking. It forms them to believe in current circumstances of
their nations which is major reason of providing place to monocracy. Thus, it can be said that
developing private network is not good idea and it would form some hindrances in order to
proper communications (Becker, 2018).
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that pandemic has many issues with use of
data and information technology which form negative aspect to business. This project highlight
the use of ICT in collaboration with workplace which has gained importance required during the
time of Covid-19. Further it discusses the advantage and disadvantage of application and

sustainability of cloud computing as well as cloud storage improving the digitalization. This
report also identify the security challenges and possibilities for measurement.
