INTRODUCTION
Digital business is the business activity in which the organizational activities like buying
and selling is done through the means of internet. Love the sales is the chosen organization for
the evaluation in this report. Love the sales is an online retailer which tend to provide products to
different brands to its customers, with wide variety of filtration options. Evaluation on the
effectiveness of online business is being done in this report and with that analysis on the
associated advantages and disadvantage is also being analysed within the report. Analysis on the
new emerging business models is also being studied within the report in context to several cyber
security concerns. Analysis on the impact of the new collaborative relationship strategies,
through the digital technologies is also being evaluated within the report. Evaluation on the
effectiveness e-commerce principles in context to the current business models is also being done
within the report.
MAIN BODY
1: Digital business-
Digital business is the business activity which is being done through the means of
internet. In this type of business activities customers tend to have a capability to choose the type
of services which they want to achieve with the organization. This is done in different ways in
which in case of retail industry customers can order the tangible products through digital
platforms. Then on the bases of information provided by the customers, tangible products can be
delivered to the customer doorsteps (Nußholz, 2017). This approach can be seen in case of love
the sales, because the company provide retail sales options to the customers, in which customers
can choose different type of products as per their requirements. Then can order the specific
product, with that other options consist of providing special software based options to the
customers. By this the company can insure that customers are able to utilize the organizational
services by proving premium services. Following are various advantages and disadvantages of
digital business.

In digital business customer data is being analysed through the means of internet and due
to which data evaluation is being done through the means of internet (Geliskhanov Islam, Yudina
Tamara and Babkin Alexander, 2018). Due to this it is highly productive, than compared to
traditional data analysis which is a highly time-consuming process, because of which digital
business tend to have high work productivity.
Greater resource management-
Organizational resources are being efficiently managed, due to the fact that companies
like love the sales tend to provide its services through the means of internet. Due to which it is
being able to evaluate the overall performance of different organizational departments, through
which it can make sure that it is able to achieve high sales.
Improve customer experience-
Digital business activities are being performed through the means of internet, due to
which customers are empowered to provide their feedback on the bases of experience which they
achieved. Due to which digital businesses are more capable to provide high level of services to
the customers, as compared to the traditional business models because of which customer
experience can be increased.
High customer engagement-
Since customers are able to establish a direct contact with the customers, due to which
customers are highly motivated to utilize the organizational products and services. With this
approach it can make sure that through specific actions customer's loyalty towards the company
can be increased by which the chances of brand switching can be reduced.
Disadvantages-
Technological limitations-
Digital business is highly productive, but also at the same time this faces limitations
because tangible products have to be delivered to the customer door steps. This is an time
consuming process and also organizational offering done by love the sales has to be viewed
through the screen which establishes high stress upon the eyes.
Increasing threat to cyber security-
With that increasing number of internet users, the number of cases in cyber security is
also being increased (Wirtz, 2019). Due to which customer's level of engagement in utilizing the
