This report will create a clear understanding about the online strategies ofthe business in order to establish a large online network of huge variety of M&S products. Thisarticle will totally focus towards enhancing the online presence of the products in thiscompetitive world.MAIN BODYBusiness BackgroundMarks & Spencer plc is a British multinational retailer of UK. This company provides thelarge range of products such as clothing, home products, luxury food etc. this organization wasfounded in 1884 by Michael Marks and Thomas Spencer in Leeds (Chaffey and Ellis-Chadwick,2019). This industry is one of the biggest competitor of all the retailing stores since it alwayssatisfies the needs of the customer by providing the good quality of desired products. M&S hasmade uncompromising attitude towards the customer relation and also made a return policy inwhich they accepted the return of unwanted items from consumer. Rapidly, M&S startedexpanding their business in most of the other countries and established 1035 outlets at UK inwhich 300 stores are set for the fashionable clothing and 700 simply food conveniences storesand remaining for all the retailing items. In this technology based world, M&S planning to expand the industry diversely byproviding online goods and services to customers. Being a growth manager of the company, oneneed to identify various factors that help the company in enhancing online presence of M&Sproducts.Sales of the productMarks & Spencer is one of the leading retailer of the world and this company provideswide variety of brands such as St Margaret and St Michael. Company showcase wide range ofproducts on website and customer chooses the goods and services according the individualneeds.
