INTRODUCTION
Virtual learning environment is utilised in the industry of education in order to deliver
advance technology of education through web platform for the study completion. It combines of
resources, course layout, activities or interaction that is associated with several assessment. This
report covers the topic of virtual learning environment, that combines of several methodologies
through which student can obtain knowledge in these virtual classroom. It involves both
perspective negative and positive influence of VLE on employee as well as student. This report
aim towards primary and secondary method of research, in which primary is evaluated from
questionnaire survey on the other hand secondary is evaluated with the help of question through
contemporarily techniques (Wijesooriya, 2019). This aids in transformation in education
industry that benefit both student and employability. It combines set of information while

greater level. This technology has more benefit for the shy students because they are less active
or hardly participate in classroom programme. With the help of internet connection students gets
connected with the teachers and solve their doubt in more effective way. This will lay down
more interactive session in virtual classroom. Another advantage of this virtual learning is
strengthen strong relation with community, children, teacher development. The positive impact
of this technology is cost saving because it saves travelling expense. Apart from this eliminate
several cost as well as gas fuel (What is virtual leaning environment, 2021). Technological skill
also gets impacted because of these virtual learning environment. As teacher has to has to learn
new innovative and technical skills. Through this technology students can learn or upgrade
knowledge on remote basis. Along with several advantages there also some disadvantage
associated with VLE. First biggest challenge is infrastructure, as it cost heavy budget on

There must be appropriate set up arrangement while setting this and this require heavy
investment as it acquire more cost of equipment.
The negative influence of this technology as it covers more time consuming while training
student. Because without proper guidance students gets confused as a result this technology act
as ineffective (Tamad and et.al., 2019, October). Due to pandemic situation there is great growth
seen towards virtual learning environment. It has great influence on the perspective student and
teachers. Lots of industry has adopted this technology as teach online classes to the students.
Only online and virtual learning is the solution to deal with this pandemic situation. Both
teachers and students gets connected with this technology like Zoom calls, Webex app. It
improve connection, relation or interaction of student among teachers and managers.
In respect of VLE, great opportunity develop through virtual channel and student easily
grab the knowledge from these with using of internet without going outside their homes. This is
one of the safest option from which university can improve the level of education. It eliminates
personal engagement of student with teacher. In this research most of the students have several
issues while adopting these advance technology (Vaganova and et.al., 2017). This will facilitates
lots of confusion and problems while using these technology in the minds of students. That is
why children gets chance to learn or grab the opportunity to learn modern technology. As there
are several advantages of this virtual learning environment. As a result it shifts towards more
productive as well as creative solution in the industry of education. More profit and efficiency
level increase due to introduction of virtual learning. Both type of research method is utilise in
this report that is primary and secondary. Primary research is done with close ended
questionnaire survey. On the other hand secondary research is done with the help of literature
review that involves virtual learning environment impact. Through secondary research researcher
gets full detailed knowledge that leads towards enhancement of virtual learning in comparison of
primary research method.

employee as well as company efficiency. These combines of tribe, tetra, zoom, slack, chanty etc.
With the help of websites employee connection and relation improves as it deliver efficiency in
learning practice. It has more features that provide appropriate medium in which student and
employee interact each other solve the problem related study material (Pastushenko, 2018). This
will enhance productivity and efficiency level at workplace. The tools allow student to interact
with teacher as well subordinates in more effective way. These technology deliver more cool
features that attract or grab the attention of student while learning or attending class. Due to
pandemic situation most of the teacher prefer these application like Zoom to connect with
students. The application of chanty is most preferable option that improve efficiency level in
their particular field. Slack app provides sharing useful file or document related with study in
more effective manner. It continuously improve interaction and the level of education system and
strengthen knowledge of student.
