As I have already mentioned that practicing the management in day- to-day life will give a better opportunity to implement it at the time of need. But leadership is something which need some extra effort. It is due to the presence of individuals who have different experience and opinions about the situation which has arose during the group working. So, for the better working io have to focus on take participating in the team work where I can show and enhance my performance as the leader. As the situation which has been arose where I didn’t perform well as the leader of the group is due to the lack of knowledge about the quality which should be embraced by me.
