This project examines the impact of digital technologies on Marks and Spencer, a leading UK retailer. Through a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods, including surveys and interviews, the study analyzes the benefits and challenges associated with the implementation of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, inventory control systems, and digital assistants. The research findings highlight the positive influence of these technologies on various aspects of the organization's operations, including finance, human resources, and supply chain management. However, the study also identifies areas for improvement, such as employee training and wider technology adoption across departments.
