future. It involves computer, communication and content (Scuderi and Sturiale, 2018). Digital
technology means the information which is get from the computer. Capital hotel is the medium
size enterprise. It is situated in UK. They are known for its good quality of services and for their
friendly staff. This report will discuss development of social media and mobile technology.
Further it will analyse current social media strategy to support the argument of literature review.
This report will also evaluate case study and provide recommendations to the company.

Tourism and Hospitality industries are said to be one of the most economy generating
industries of any country. There are a set of entities that are being tackled by tourism and
Hospitality and with regard to the maintenance of Business and managing different set of
ideologies is regarded to be one of the challenging aspects that is being faced by this industry.

maintain the tourism as well as the hospitality industry there are certain measures that are to be
taken by the organisations every now and then that will articulate the means and modes of
dealing with situations. Of all the criteria social media strategy is set to be one of the most
preferred one because this present generation or the era is totally after technological
implementations and one of the phenomenal aspect is social media. it is also described to be one
of the life changing factor and includes definite set of entities that are in regard to development.
According to Dwivedi and et.al, (2020), Significant changes are being incorporated into the
organisations with the usage of social media as one of the marketing platform and to exhibit the
ideologies that are necessary to be conveyed to customers. Businesses in nook and corner of the
world are using social media as one of the major weapon to bring about changes in their
marketing strategies. Tourism and hospitality sector is said to be one of the most generous as
well as a reputed sector and its contribution towards the global economy is said to be a havoc in
all times. According to Christodoulides and et.al, (2018), When a country is dealing with less
economy than its major focus will eventually be tourism and Hospitality maintenance. When
tourism is regarded to be one of these prominent aspect for any country then its development is
said to be the biggest project that will have to be evaluated. Social media going along with

tourism as well as hospitality industry will create wonders. The results that are oriented upon
inculcating the choices of social media marketing for the strategic approach towards using social
media as a tool to get connected with the world will be the biggest achievement for an
organisation because it will give the set of information which is necessary for the organisation to

Proceeding with the choices of social media strategy is it is first necessary that the organisation
will have to develop the procedure according to the definitions that can be incorporated like that
of evaluation which is to be made in context with how far social media can be used in an
effective manner and what role can it play amidst of bringing change in the sector.
Importance of social media: before dealing with any number of strategic approaches towards
implementing or using social media as a weapon of marketing it is first necessary that the
organisation will have to commit a research upon how far it can move ahead in utilising social

organisation thoroughly go ahead where the strategic opinions of its customers and ideologies
that they are usually dealing with. Up on knowing the experiences of definite set of customers
for the organisations that have already excelled in maintaining the social media as one of the
most encouraging platforms to generate revenue what to bring a good name and fame to the
sector will eventually draw results that are necessary to be incorporated in the organisation.
