wider place in order to enhance the efficiency of the oirgansiation. It has been defined that
multiple kinds innovation can be used to continue improving the university's performance &
effectiveness, including AI technology, GPS, 5G, & VR technology, sound / visual,
telecommunications, electronic parts future technologies, customer electrical devices,
Smartphone, top, & desktop pc. It has also been established that all of these types of digital
technology are taking into account why the organization is offering multiple types of benefits,
such as improved social connectivity, better communication speech, improved versatility in
working, educational experiences, & data storage as well as formatting. These advantages are
beneficial to the university's achievement, production, & efficiency, allowing all university
personnel & student to maintain their quality standards while also improving the university's
company image.

are referred to as digital technologies. In this time, social networking, online gaming,
entertainment, & cell phones are considered as the well examples which are mainly utilizing by
the most of the individuals. It is determined that any sort of learning that makes usage computers
is referred to as digital learning (Alper and Goggin, 2017). This can occur in any of the
curriculum's aspects of education. Massive volumes of data can be stored in very tiny places
thanks to digital innovation. On tiny devices like phones, massive volumes of material, such as
images, music, movies, contact information, & other documents, may be transported around. It is
analyzed that digital technologies, like social networking sites, online gaming, audiovisual, &
cellular phones, are technological tools, processes, devices, & assets that produce, hold, or
analyze information. Through the creation of virtual communities & networks, computers
connected to a wide technology that enables the exchange of ideas, opinions, & material.
Globally, there are now more than 4.5 billion social media users. Digital marketing is providing

famous university in UK is. The University of Wales Trinity Saint David is a multi-campus
university having campuses in Carmarthen, Lampeter, & Swansea in South West Wales, a fourth

maintain secrecy, no discrimination, feel comfortable to everyone. Prior to conducting our
research, we must tell participants that their data will be handled in accordance with data
protection legislation & that this data will be used only for the purposes of our research.

new obstacles, including a huge increase in globalization & the number of players in the market
with technical prowess, new items, & solutions. Companies must use innovative technology to
get a competitive position in the industry. As a consequence of rapid technical advancements &

transformation. Fintech has made physical space obsolete, allowing financial organizations to

as well. It is determined that digital technology that has the potential to improve workplace

effectiveness & competitiveness. Professionals may save energy, money & also endeavor by

time on high productivity jobs. Employees may also do telecommuting, which enables people to

avoidance (Mitchell and Kan, 2019).
It is determined that there are various types of digital technology which can useful to
improve the performance & effective ways of the university artificial intelligence, GPS, 5G &
virtual reality, audio & video, information technology, electronics technology, technology
consumer electronic equipment, Smartphone, top & personal computer. It is also identified that
all these types of digital technology are considering why the organization which are providing
various types of benefits such as it can helpful to improve the social connectivity, enhanced
communication speech, the improve the versatile working, learning opportunities, information
storage & editing. All these benefits are helpful to improve the performance productivity &
effectiveness of the university so that all the university staff members & students can maintain
their performance level & also improve the brand image of the university.

Numerous students who reside distant from their places of study or those who have impairments
benefit from digital classes. Technology aids learners' education by supplying them with the
appropriate tools & facilitating their study. Students are also motivated by technology, which

maintains them interested by providing fun & allowing them authority over their study. It also
plays with the pupils' imagination because of their various learning styles. The twenty-first
century is the technological century, & it is continually developing. This can be difficult since
users must adjust to new advancements in order to contribute (Scherer, Siddiq and Tondeur,
2019).
According to the findings of this study, organizations must identify & recognize their
employees' changing demands by providing completed work & also flexible workspaces that
meet either their individual & interpersonal needs. Organizations should prioritize building agile
worker support & also services so that staff can work effectively regardless of geography. As a
result, businesses must promote & help changes in the organization such as the use of cost-
effective technology. Organizations can also develop quantitative training courses & personality
profilers to provide personnel with the knowledge & technical skills they need to maximize the
use of modern digital breakthroughs, competences, & also output.
Another idea is to create an agile work environment. University physical office requires
renovation by offering a fresh, contemporary & also diverse workstation that can be accessible
via a robust internet connection. Organization may also implement blended timetables, in which
workers can work away from home two days a week & in the office for four hours a week just to
boost work independence & staff employment balance.
Another important suggestion is to make advantage of contemporary technology.
University needs an IT staff that should continue to explore & tell the organization about new
inventions so that administration can stay current with technology & effectively transition to a
