On the basis of this research, it is determined that digital technologies are taking the
wider place in order to enhance the efficiency of the oirgansiation. It has been defined that
multiple kinds innovation can be used to continue improving the university's performance &
effectiveness, including AI technology, GPS, 5G, & VR technology, sound / visual,
telecommunications, electronic parts future technologies, customer electrical devices,
Smartphone, top, & desktop pc. It has also been established that all of these types of digital
technology are taking into account why the organization is offering multiple types of benefits,
such as improved social connectivity, better communication speech, improved versatility in
working, educational experiences, & data storage as well as formatting. These advantages are
beneficial to the university's achievement, production, & efficiency, allowing all university
personnel & student to maintain their quality standards while also improving the university's
company image.

entertainment, & cell phones are considered as the well examples which are mainly utilizing by
the most of the individuals. It is determined that any sort of learning that makes usage computers
is referred to as digital learning (Alper and Goggin, 2017). This can occur in any of the
curriculum's aspects of education. Massive volumes of data can be stored in very tiny places
thanks to digital innovation. On tiny devices like phones, massive volumes of material, such as
images, music, movies, contact information, & other documents, may be transported around. It is
analyzed that digital technologies, like social networking sites, online gaming, audiovisual, &
cellular phones, are technological tools, processes, devices, & assets that produce, hold, or
analyze information. Through the creation of virtual communities & networks, computers

result, businesses must promote & help changes in the organization such as the use of cost-
effective technology. Organizations can also develop quantitative training courses & personality
profilers to provide personnel with the knowledge & technical skills they need to maximize the
use of modern digital breakthroughs, competences, & also output.
Another idea is to create an agile work environment. University physical office requires
renovation by offering a fresh, contemporary & also diverse workstation that can be accessible
via a robust internet connection. Organization may also implement blended timetables, in which
workers can work away from home two days a week & in the office for four hours a week just to
