INTRODUCTION
Digital workplace transformation is defined as using of such emerging technologies
within business which are associated with minimising issues within organisation in prominent
manner. With the help of digital workplace transformation employee efficiency can be fostered
and at the same time aspects of innovation can also be added. Digital transformation within
workplace is having positive impact over productivity and accessing to the talent as well. In the
current time digital workplace transformation is one of the major tool that can be used within
business in order to develop aims and objective of the business in appropriate manner. When
digital transformation is not followed in the organisation negative impact can be seen over
productivity and working culture as well (Meske and Junglas, 2020). Besides this when digital
workplace transformation is followed in appropriate manner then communication barriers can be
eradicated and at the same time customer expectations can be met by the organisation. This
report is related with developing knowledge in respect of digital workplace transformation and
its role within an organisation. These aspects are helpful in re-imaging of the business and to
develop insight related with organisational benefits.

examined that when an organisation is following digital transformation aspects then the
organisation may have several benefits such as increased productivity ad developed employee
capabilities (Dery, K., Sebastian and van der Meulen, 2017). It can be said that in the presence of
digital transformation will lead the business to acquire prominence in decision making and
developing the business in various directions as well. On the other hand, the report is including
various key drivers which are included in the organisation so that to develop the business in
appropriate manner. On the other hand, this is examined that there are several measures which

are required to be included so that to acquire success opportunities for maintaining the business
and to inhale aspects of innovation. The report is associated with summarising such aspects
which are regarded as consequences of the implementation of workplace transformation in terms
of COVID pandemic (Pandya, 2020). Besides this, at the time of COVID there are various
measures which are required to be taken by the organisation and digital workplace
transformation could be one of them. In this manner it can be concluded that with the help of
digital workplace transformation overall proficiency can be established which may lead the
business to attain their business objectives. In this research will be investigated the key drivers
of digital workplace transformation in Streetwise services LTD. This is a data transportation and
asset inventory consulting firm which aims to provide their customers with a complete picture by
using ideal combination of new technology with time tested conventional methods result’s in
cutting edge data presented in highly efficient manner, saving time and money. With over 30
years of experience, knowledge, and ability to collect precise and trustworthy data on traffic
counts, parking studies, people movement, and asset inventory provides the flexibility and

Project Management Plan
Project management plan is referred as the plan that usually focuses on proper planning
of every activity conducted in the project in appropriate and proper manner. This plan involves
various factors so that every activity can be conducted and achieved in precise manner. This
includes various factors such as cost, scope, resources, communication, quality etc.
Scope: The scope of the current investigation is broad, wide and outcomes in attaining
greater opportunities. It is broader because digital workplace transformation results in
being updated towards new techniques and technologies (Attaran, Attaran and Kirkland,
2019). The scope of the research project addresses the key drivers of digital workplace
transformation in Streetwise services LTD. It also facilitates in creating changes in
current activities of the business. Basically, it is for adopting new normal and getting
new technologies and many other needs and requirements. This is the major reason that
the current scope is very broader and wider.
Time: Time is referred as one of the most important components as it assists in
conducting and completing activities in precise manner. Time is the element that is
scheduled in the starting stage of conducting the research so that everything completes in
timely manner (Colbert, Yee and George, 2016). The time needed for conducting the
current investigation is 8 weeks in which investigation has to be completed. In the

present research, researcher has used Gantt chart and Work break down structure so that
every activity could be attained. This assists in attaining project objectives and aim in
definite period of time.
Cost: Cost is another element that is quite significant to attain objectives. It is the
element that is mostly needed to conduct the research in appropriate way. The cost is
needed to carry out expenditure related to every activity. The amount required to conduct
the current research project is $700 and this assists in completing each and every
activity.
Quality: Quality is referred as the other factor considered by investigator for analysing
data and information in most efficient and effective manner. This is the main reason to
make quality better so that audience would develop interest in carrying out investigation.
Further, investigator is taking out from primary and secondary data collection methods.
Primary information involves raw information and secondary data includes in-depth
information about the topic. During the secondary research, the research maintained the
quality by using valid and reliable secondary sources. In primary research, the researcher
ensured that the data was collected from the right participants considered during the
sampling.
Communication: Communication is referred as the other factor of project planning
because it is quite significant to communicate with participants with the motive of
completing the instrument called questionnaire (Moore, 2018). Further, there are two
kinds of communication methods such as non-verbal and verbal communication. In the
current investigation, investigator is using verbal method for developing answers from
participants. This assists in getting reliable and true information about the certain topic.
Risk: Risk is referred as the other element in the project management plan. Risk is
referred as the term that could appear at any stage of conducting the investigation. In the
present investigation, one of the major risks is problem in managing time, lack of
financial resources, lack of interest among people etc (Cianni and Steckle, 2017). It
assists in achieving in most efficient, effective and timely manner.
Resources: Resources are known as the component in project management plan. It is
included because it helps in completing every activity with appropriate number of
resources. It is significant to have enough and required funds for conducting the

research. Under this research resources such as online library and other books are
gathered so that objectives can be attained in easy manner.
Cost The budget for each stage of the project is included, along with
comments of these cost:
Travel cost- £28 (14£ each direction)
Questionnaire print cost- 4£ (20 pages *0.20 pence each)
Scope The research aims to identify how digital workplace
transformation affects and change Streetwise services LTD.
The research outcome is based on the answers of 20 employees
of the company.
Timetable This project preparation and execution timeframe is from
13/09/2021 until 22/11/2021
Quality In order to provide accurate data, this research is conducted
with time tested research methods.

Work Breakdown Structure
Work breakdown structure refers to the tool of project management plan that is generally
considered for classifying segmentation of all the tasks and activities. It assists researcher the
whole project into smaller activities and tasks so that the defined aim and objectives could be
easily attained short period of time. Basically, this structure assists in leading and studying the

whole investigation in given time frame (Mahmood, Khan and Khan, 2019). It is basically shown
in hierarchical manner which assists in completing the whole project in systematic and
appropriate way. The main advantage related to work breakdown structure is it helps in
organising the work needed. It helps the quick development of a schedule by putting effort
estimates to particular section of the work breakdown structure.
Gantt Chart
Gantt chart is a kind of bar chart that assists in illustrating the schedule of the project. It
clearly shows that dependency relationships between current schedule and activity status. It is a
chart that schedules the project in such a manner so that every activity could be completed and
achieved in timely manner. It is referred as the project management tool helping in the
scheduling and planning of projects of all sizes, although they are certainly useful to simplify
complex and difficult projects (Schallmo, Williams and Boardman, 2020). This chart helps in
assessing how long a project must take, identify the resources required and plan the order in
which researcher will complete tasks. This particular chart has vertical and horizontal axis. These
axis have different objectives as horizontal axis shows activities of the project. On the other
