This research project aims to analyze the impact of the global pandemic on the stimulation of digital workplace transformation in the UK retail industry, with a study on ASDA. The objectives include examining the major dimensions of digital workplace transformation, discerning the advantages of using digital workplace transformation during the pandemic, inspecting the challenges faced by ASDA, and investigating how digital strategies supported ASDA. The research methodology involves a deductive approach, quantitative choice, survey strategy, and cross-sectional time horizon. The sample size is 30 employees of ASDA.
