Impact of Digitalization on Employees: A Study on Argos

This study evaluates the impact of digitalization on employees at Argos, analyzing the concept of workplace transformation, challenges associated with digitalization, and recommending solutions. Qualitative research with thematic analysis was conducted. The study suggests providing training sessions and having a skilled workforce to improve productivity and boost transparency.

Aim:
To evaluate the impact of digitalization by having transformation at
the workplace on the employees. A study on Argos.
Objectives:
• To evaluate the concept of transformation of the workplace.
• To analyze the impact of digitalization at the workplace.
• To analyze the challenges that are associated with the digitalization in
the organization.
• To recommend the best solutions that overcome from the challenges.
