Abstract:
In this paper, we are looking forward to automate the business processes of the ABC
organization with the inclusion of digital portal for the enterprise working architecture. The
innovation in the ICT technologies motivates the organization to transform their traditional
working practices with the digital forum. The working capabilities of the employees can be
enhanced with the digitization at work place. The aim of the research is to analyse the
problems in the traditional working of the ABC manufacturing enterprise and the
requirement of transforming into digital environment. The focus should be given on the pros
and cons of the digital environment of the business enterprise. The organization need can be
effectively resolved with the proper implementation of the ICT technologies and virtual
private network for increasing the working capabilities of the company.

The ABC manufacturing company is having problems in managing operation and paperwork
of different departments such as accounts, HR, purchasing, sale, inventory, and others can
resolved by transforming their working environment with the digital forum. In this paper, we
are looking forward to automate the business processes of the ABC organization with the
inclusion of digital portal for the enterprise working architecture. The innovation in the ICT
technologies motivates the organization to transform their traditional working practices with
the digital forum. The working capabilities of the employees can be enhanced with the
digitization at work place. The industrial revolution incorporates the working culture of the
organization with the use of ICT technological advancement for managing effective
relationship between different departments of the organization. The compatibility of
performing effective functional program helps in indulging good communication practices
with the working employees for sharing of information and resources. The need of including
digital innovation in the work environment arises due to the accelerated growth of
inefficiency of the employees in handling large paper work and documentation of the firm,
lack of knowledge and expertise, demand of new ideas and opinion, overloading of the
information and data, inefficiency in retrieving the information, technological advancement,
expansion of the business organization, and others. The employees can sharpen their skills
and expertise through the working platform of ICT technologies. The digital innovation at
work place helps in reshaping and restructuring the organization business processes and
operational plan. The involvement of digital practices at work place helps in providing
transparency in the activities and process undertaken by the employees to accomplish their
assigned tasks. The communication between the employees can be enhanced which provides
a platform for sharing of information, ideas, thoughts, opinion, solution, and associated
resources among them. The digital storage of data and information in the central database of
the business organization helps in enabling easy retrieval of information. The flexibility in the
business processes can be effectively maintained by including the ICT technologies to change
the organization operational plan according to the requirement of the customers and other
participating units. The virtual private network developed for the organization focuses on
managing interrelationship between the sites branches of the business located at different site
location. The operational and the technical risks associated with the firm can be reduced to an
high extent by proactively determining the risks associated with the working environment of
the business organization. The productivity of the firm can be enhanced by providing right
tools to the right people for completing their given tasks with efficiency and effectiveness.

The information by the employees can be retrieved instantly according to their requirement
and demand for completing the given task which increases the capability and productivity of
employees. The involvement of the technologies helps in increasing the talent and expertise
of the employees. The strategic approach of using the ICT technology helps in increasing the
productivity and capabilities of the working employees to provide quality of service to the
customers and results into increase in profitability of the enterprise. It has been researched
that the happy and satisfied customers are more productive to provide quality in the expected
outcome. The inclusion of communication tools such as social network helps in increasing
the productivity at work place. The ICT technologies promising to complete the project
within allocated and in minimum budget and cost. The organization can achieve
sustainability through the working platform of the digitization at a very low cost. The
efficiency and innovation in the product helps in accelerating the growth of the enterprise.
