INTRODUCTION
Inclusive practice is teaching approach use for analysing difference between students and
use this to ensure that students can access educational content and participate fully in their
learnings (Abdelkarim, 2019). This is a strategy for the teaching approach that address the needs
of students with variety of learning methods, backgrounds, and abilities. Inclusive practices
contributes in over all learning of students and helps them to feel equally valued. Inclusion helps
to ensure that children and young people about their background or situation about whether they
are able to participate fully in all the aspect of life of the educational areas.
The main purpose of the report is to understand about the importance of inclusive
practices at the educational institution for increase in the effectiveness of the learning areas and
growth of the students. Inclusive practice can help the institution to increase the effective growth
of the institution. This report includes impact of personal, social and cultural factors on the
learning. Also it includes understanding of impact of policy and regulatory framework on
inclusive practices. It also include understanding of different roles and responsibilities relating to
the inclusive practices. Further, it include understanding of how to create and maintain an
inclusive learning environment. In the last it include understanding of how to evaluate own
inclusive practices.

There are various factors that have an impact on the learning among learners, below are
various factors that may have an impact on the learning of individual. These factors could impact
the performance of individual and group in the institution. Below are detail description of
various factors that have an impact on the learning process.
Personal factors:
This factors has an huge impact on the learning process of the individual in the
organisation or institution(Allen, and Bull, 2018). Personal factors can increase the level of
effectiveness in the eduction and training of the student. Personal factors of the individual have
an impact on the performance and growth of the person in the institution. Personal factors of an
individual can affect their learning process and growth of learning. Below are various personal
factor of an individual that can have an impact on the performance and learning process.

Age factor: This factor in individuals' life could have huge impact on their learning
process. People of young age have good abilities to learn but their concentration level
affect their learning process. Whereas, people of old age group may not have sharp
memory as compare to the people of young age, but old age people have high
concentration level that may help them in better learning and growth. Age factor of
person have huge impact on the learning process and growth and ability.
Gender: When it comes to the Gender, female individual pay more attention then male
individuals (Bundotich, and Maina, 2020). Ladies have have strength when it comes to
the language and humanities and while man have strength in technical fields and
mathematics. Also the bran of females mature faster than the boy of the same age group.
Girls have high level of concentration in class than boys. Thus in personal factor age and
gender of the people affect their learning process and abilities. Cognitive environment of
study helps students to understand about their learning process and growth in educational
filed of learning.
Social: This factors have direct impact on the learning process of the students and people.
Social factor such as peer pressure affect the learning process of the peoples. The learner may
influence form the negative factors of society, such as if learners are influences from the negative
aspects and skips classes than it may affect their learning abilities and growth within the all
students. Personal relation with other individuals likely to interfere with their level of
concentration. Learner with good educational background have good abilities and skills whereas
learners from poor educational background may have difficulties in their learning process. Thus
social factors of learning can have impact on the learning process of students.
Financial situation: This is one of the most common factors that have an affect on the
learning process of the students. Income status of the person and its family may have an
impact on their learning process. Learners from the financial well position are likely to
get better eduction background, also could have better position in the learning as compare
top individual with the poor financial background.
Cultural Factor: The cultural background of learner can either become support form
them or it become barrier in their educational career. Culture that encourage learning and helps
them the individuals to improve their learning abilities because in the learning culture people
know about the importance of learning and growth. Cultural learning background provide better

growth and abilities to the individual in their learning career, it also provide them confidence
about their growth and development by the learning(Busse, Lange, and Schumann, 2019). Also
different strength of the culture provide diversity in the growth and learning process of the
people.
Thus, all the factors personal, social, and cultural have huge impact on the learning
process and growth of the individual in the educational system. Cognitive study environment
helps person to understand about the ability and inability of these factors in the process of their
growth in educational career. All the factors could have different impact on the performance and
growth of the person in the institution. Personal, social, and cultural factor of person's life can
have an impact on the learning process and ability to work independently.

Cognitive :
Analytical skills: This skills are essential in learning process of person, these skills of
person include reading, remembering, paying attention etc(Butt, 2019). a learner who
have ability to read, and remembering finds easy to learn as compare to the other
individual who do not have any ability of read or remember. Learners who have good
ability of analytical skills can easily improve their learning process and abilities in the
school or collage. Good analytical skills helps individual to analyse and understand about
the learning process and complex situations.
Visual awareness: It is good cognitive approach that is necessary in effective learning
and gain of good knowledge. Learners with good visual understand tend to have ability to
have information about visual image in some instances. Learners with good visual
processing ability find it easy in learning images in some intense. Thus, cognitive skills
helps learner in better growth and effective educational process.
Physical Disability:
Good physical ability helps person to boost learning process because person with good
physical ability could find easy to complete all the task related to the learning process such as
