Definition of ADHD.
The full form of the disease ADHD is attention deficit hyperactive disorder. A person suffering
from disease has differences in the development of brain and also the brain activity that requires
attention. The child suffering from this disease will not be able to sit still and also lose self-
control. The effect of this disease can be shown by the child in schools and homes (Amiri et al.,
2015)
Key characteristics of a child showing ADHD.
The child find many difficulties in the academics and because of their invasive and impulsive
behaviours, the child also do not able to adjust in the social activities. The child loss the ability to
think and thus will face different problems. Child of this type also develop oppositional deficient
disorder, which starts developing at home and also the child shows same behaviour at school
also. The next symptom is the inattentiveness of the child where the child shows behaviours
which are less obvious (Amiri et al., 2015). The inability to move with the demands of the
environment puts the children, their teachers and their families into troubles. Some children
show the symbols of impulsive presentation which are hyperactive and also the inattentive
presentations. Those presentations are called combined presentations of ADHD. Those children
face many difficulties in both the schools regarding the academics and also in the relationships of
the peers (Ertürk et al., 2016).
