The email is developed as follows.
Respected HR Sir,
This mail is written to inform you about the performance problem of a sales staff. It has been noticed for
the past six months that the staff, named Mr. D Green, has been underperforming considerably and
immediately requires attention. The performance has been so low that unless suitable actions are taken, it
can severely damage the store’s business. In order to discuss this issue in further detail, I am requesting
you to provide a date and time on which we can meet for the analysis of the evidences I currently have
and discussion regarding proper action plan. I would like to request for at least an hour of discussions and
I will be grateful if you are able to provide the same.
