Question 1
1. Identify the needs, responsibilities and rights of each of the following:
 The client
 The worker

The need, responsibility and right of the client who is Zoe is that she needs special
care and protection as because her boyfriend beats her up every day, she wants to go to
school and complete her studies, and stay with her parents. The responsibility of the
worker is to help her with the adoption of the baby as because the client does not want to
lose her daughter. The responsibility of the family is to take care of their daughter and be
by her side. The responsibilities taken by the organization is to take care of the client and
send her to school and to return her daughter to her family from the child welfare agency.
The community should accept the girls and let her stay with her family.

2. Identify any aspects of the situation that are complex or high-risk (or could
become so), and outline strategies to address these aspects.
The aspect which is at high risk is that the baby stays alone in the child care
agency and the girl is left alone in the youth refuge where she should be in school and her
parents should take care of her.
3. Include realistic goals that have a focus on helping client(s) to take part in
making changes, and take personal responsibility for change.
The goal of the organization is to take care of Zoe and send back her to her family,
and help her by getting back her son from the child care agency.
4. Outline a range of strategies and/or available services that might assist you in
addressing each goal.
The range of strategies to address the goal are

 Forming strategies
 Implementing the strategy
 Monitoring those strategies (Pecora, et al. 2017)

when it comes to making decisions about the plan.
The work of the project manager is to understand the scenario and implement
work for different project teams, and internal stakeholders will provide financial
assistance to the organization.

6. Integrating appropriate cultural consideration into all aspects
Sudan is a place where patriarchal society is generally accepted where the
women are generally placed in lesser status than the men. A woman’s life is very
much restricted in respect to the males. Zoe who belongs to a Sudanese background
want to roll back her life and join her school, and if her parents allow her she would
like to return home and stay with her family.

The ways to establish process for monitoring and changing the case plan are given
below:
 Step 1: Identifying the program goals and objectives.
 Step 2: Defining the indicators
 Step 3: Defining the data collection methods as well as the timeline
 Step 4: Identifying the monitoring and evaluation plan
 Step 5: Creating analysis plans as well as reporting the necessary templates
 Step 6: Planning for dissemination and reporting the client (Eason, 2014)

a) Explain how the family structure and decision making might influence the
forming of a case plan?
Because of a dysfunctional family structure Will who is the father is unable to
take proper decision in the family, he is therefore unable to concentrate on his work,
as well as he also suffering from depression and anxiety. He is unable to communicate
with his ex-wife and his youngest son is hanging out with bad influencers.

b) Explain how the values of the client as well as the other stakeholders might
impact on the case plan?
The value of the client has to understand that he can do written work and
work in a good firm and earn lot of money but due to the family pressure and
depression he is unable to give his best, rather he is working somewhere at a low rate
and is unable to lead his family. He is also in a way of losing his youngest son as be
he is getting involved with bad influences (Doherty, Haugh and Lyon 2014)
c) Impact of the participant’s level of experience, development and skills in the case
management plan?
Due to the dysfunctional family structure the experience of the client is not much
as because he unable to manage his wife and son properly. His son did not get any
proper guidance from the parents and thus he is getting bad influences at a very young
age where he should be going to school and study properly.
