One is to renew and putvalue on the opera house for the development of the future and the other is to provideinspiration and strengthen the community with its actions (Sydneyoperahouse.com, 2018).Vision: The vision is to be bold and inspiring like all other Opera Houses(Sydneyoperahouse.com, 2018).Goals: The goal of Sydney Opera House is to ensure that sustainability is maintainedand the theatre manages to provide entertainment to the people visiting it(Sydneyoperahouse.com, 2018).Policies: The environmental sustainability policy of Sydney Opera House is tomaintain the commitment made to sustain the environmental sustainability(Sydneyoperahouse.com, 2018).Part-B1. Choosing between presentation and training sessionA training session can be conducted for the staff members of Sydney Opera House.This is mainly because training can help employees gain a practical as well as a theoreticalexperience. The goals and objective of the theatre need to be mentioned to the employees sothat they can provide support for the welfare of the theatre.
