INTRODUCTION
In legal compliance, it is necessary for the firms to comply as well as conduct the
business on the basis of set rules, regulations which govern business transactions and activities.
The community services work needs company to communicate in positive manner with co-
workers, employees and people which give services for (Blanck, Hyseni and Wise, 2020). In the
given report will be discussing about identify scope related to legal and ethical compliance
requirements and responsibilities for workplace or business. In the other tasks will be
considering about strategic response to various situations where legal or ethical requirements
have been breached. There will be determining the legal and/or ethical breaches have occurred as
per scenario.
ACTIVITY A
1) Identify, evaluate and communicate the relevant ethical and legal
Fundamental purpose of all the legal and ethical compliance for workplace requirements
is to assist organizations retain their practices as well as all laws enacted for organizations give
full integrity with level of conduct in community in a competitive manner while adhering to
ethical norms, standards and laws. This is essential to preserve health and mental well-being
throughout all working areas, therefore all organizations strive to eliminate discrimination and
create a good work environment. Companies such as Woolworths should aim to implement
health safety measures in accordance with the regulations and legislation established by
Workplace Health and Safety Act 2011.
2) Identify and develop relevant policies and procedures
It's indeed critical to maintain effective health and safety measures and also industrial
relations in order to sustain a suitable workplace environment, including all of the entitlements
whereby the Fair Work Act 2009 provides. Disability Discrimination Act of 1992 can be
implemented at workplace because disability and forbids discrimination based upon that both
directly and indirectly. Discrimination against persons who've been close to persons with
disabilities, like friends, family, caregivers and coworkers is prohibited (Hauser, 2020).

3) Identify potential risks and consequences of non-compliance
When working alongside persons who need assistance, the support staff must identify the
areas wherein non-compliance is possibility. It's first step in avoiding or reducing risk. Risks and
concerns change depending on the service provider. The areas at risk related to non- compliance
consisting workplace health and safety, confidentiality, equal employment opportunities and
inadequate training.
ACTIVITY B
1) Develop a strategic response to at least 3 different situations where legal or ethical
requirements have been breached
As seems to be the case throughout all legal and ethical fields, the three most essential
situations where a breach might affect ethical and legal concerns are primarily:
Confidentiality- Personal information breach can occur as a result of internal mistakes or
failure to follow data sharing rules and procedures, resulting in inadvertent exposure or loss of
the personal information. If data breach poses a real danger of significant harm, impacted
persons should be informed to encourage openness and trust in organization (Keeler and et. al.,
2020).
Workplace health and safety- When workers are discriminated against in all the health
and safety measures, this affects their perception of company and frames the breaking of laws
and legal perspectives. As a result, this relates to making workers feel secure.
Discrimination- The legal and ethical required are breached in case of discrimination.
No one may be discriminated against based of racial hatred although it demotivates people and
has a bad influence on the ethical attitude and legality even though it is typically a crime.
According to the Equality Act of 2010, no discrimination on these activities is permitted and no
one may be treated unequally (Salguero-Caparrós and et. al., 2020).
ACTIVITY A SCENARIO 1
1) Research
This primarily encompasses the maintenance of all legal methods and framing of law in
all operations and operations. As general rule, all organizations should adhere to the code of

conduct and then all CS in its respective work areas. Employees should endeavor to impose
correct law and operate per the means and ways provided either by organizations, wherein
customers are asked to operate in a structured manner without being treated unfairly.
Noncompliance has significant consequences. Non-compliance to an organization's failure to
follow the laws and rules that regulate how that must deliver services to the public (van de Ruit
and Bosk, 2020).
2) Determine and Develop
This is critical to preserve good records & storage in order to build adequate policies and
procedures for organization to work in smooth running of company. Confidentiality must also be
maintained. All senior management must focus on operational areas in which they can
enhance work standard and where worker complaints may be quickly answered and addressed.
The organization should make every effort to establish a suitable code of conduct that is free of
problems.
